I deleted Windows from my computer altogether this year after dual-booting to play game in Windows since... a long time ago. Although I don't get all the games I want to play in Linux (Fallout 4, The Witcher 3, Battlefield), there are enough games that I do want to play.

I think a related MS-Evil feature is that deleting Cookies, Temporary Internet Files from Internet Options still leaves hundreds of cookies and files. I don't get it. Why? I have to log on with a separate account on that machine to delete the folders.

I liked Windows XP because my Gravis Exterminator force feedback worked but I upgraded to Windows 7 because Battlefield 3 and DX9. But now I am Windows-free! I talked about ditching Windows since way back in the day but this time is different and I said, "No thanks." Yeah!!!!!!
Have had it since WFW 3.11 in '95 and survived the many flavors of Winders so I could play games although I dual-booted with OS/2 then Linux. Steam has enough games to keep me busy for a long time. Bye bye M$!
