  1. Re:But can you take it with you? on University Tests Legal File Downloading System · · Score: 2, Informative

I go to Northern Illinois University, and I could be able to shine some light onto this. The way it's working apparently (I don't know first-hand because it's only being tested out in one dorm--not mine) is that you can download as much as you want, but if you want to transfer the file onto a portable player or burn onto a CD, you have to purchase it. I'm hoping the TV selection is good on there. Our cable sucks ass here...

  2. Three submissions on What's the Worst Movie You've Ever Seen? · · Score: 1

    1) Fat Guy Goes Nutzoid One of my teachers in high school told us about the contest he had in college about finding the worst movie ever made, and this one won out for him. It's amazingly horrible, so I was in agreement with him for a while, until I saw:
    2) The Terror of Tiny Town. It's your typical run-of-the-mill Spaghetti Western, but with a twist: the cast is entirely midgets. The set is full sized, and the acting is so bad, it's comical.
    3) The Stuff My friend in said class above disagreed with our teacher's opinion on the worst movie ever made, and he handed me this on DVD. I started believing him for a while, but the other two are worse. However, a bad 80's B Horror movie is still a bad movie, and this is a good example of one.

So there you have it: my three submissions for the worst movie ever made.

  6. There are much worse ideas from the Snyder camp on Inside The Worst Videogame Arcade In The World? · · Score: 2, Insightful

Snyder's Hot Buffalo Wing Potato Chips. Holy Christ. It's like they took a bunch of regular ridged chips, wiped 'em along the sides of long discarded Domino's Pizza buffalo wing boxes, sacked 'em up and shipped 'em into the stomachs of unsuspecting chicken and potato fans nationwide. Most people would have a hard enough time picturing a chicken-flavored potato chip that sounds remotely palatable, but even if you can, it's not this.

I, too, have come across these, and at my old high school at that. However, this was quite possibly the best-sounding flavor. How about dill pickle flavored chips? Or how about Coney Dog flavored chips? Trust me, you got the best of the bunch. Stick to Snyder's pretzels and nothing more.

  12. I have an idea to capitolize on the GameCube on Nintendo - Stodgy, Not-So-Super Mario? · · Score: 1

    1) Forget having to run Warp Pipe and offer a genuine network adaptor and build a network for the GameCube. It allows for a new source of possible revenue for Nintendo and would possibly get 3rd party developers to come up with exclusive features for GameCube games, which brings me to... 2) ("The company proclaimed that the Game Boy Advance would be a 'Trojan horse' for the GameCube - but that Trojan horse never opened because very few game designers have figured out cool ways to take advantage of that connectivity.") How about using the feature on sports games to call plays (football games), change lines (hockey games), or change general strategy. It could come in handy for racing games as well, allowing the user to effectively determine what he/she wants done on pit stops (tire compound change, adjustments--could come in handy for a possible NASCAR game). There are countless other applications for this idea of using the Game Boy Advance and its screen to revolutionize how console gamers play games, as well as catch both Sony and M$ with their pants down.
