More or less. I really used Vegas as a place to sleep and eat. Spent the majority of time in the state and national parks in the surrounding area. I did see a show and hit a few nice restaurants. Gambled exactly zero time.

According to Apple, the average user replaces their iPhone every 3 years. Despite the fanboys that upgrade a device every time something new appears, it's not really a thing.

I'm pretty far left and mostly anti-corporation, so to be honest I don't know what I would do. Class action doesn't seem like the best option, though, as lawyers are typically the only ones that win.
I'm mostly against them, but might be okay if say the lawyer(s) were allowed a max percentage of the win, say 10% and everything else had to go directly to them below and not in the form of credits or coupons.

What happens when you run off the people who work the lower paying jobs? If no one below a certain amount of pay can live there, then you lose all your restaurant workers, sanitation, etc. Most people aren't going to ride the bus for an hour to work for $10/hr. They will just find another job.

I'm happy with this decision, but Kim Dotcom is in no way a Good Guy. He's a sleezeball.
