Why does it seem like the more evangelical a person or region is, the anti-environmental attitude one encounters? It is almost like being environmentally concern is a sin
I know his businesses had been rather rocky well before the election, but there has seemed to be an affect by the negative association that has caused an affect more recently. One of the journalist described his business model as getting others to put in, and he extracts as much as he can. He didn't care that they failed, he made money by removing it from the business. Seems like some form of embezzling to me.
His more recent success was far more licensing his name, with all the negative press since in office that might dry up. I understand international real estate is a good way to laundry money, it is very difficult to have successful prosecutions.
I have read up a bit from journalist and book writers that have followed Trump for years, and a common thought he has habitually cheated on his taxes, discriminated against minorities, etc. I have been wondering if his real concern was looking deep into his business that could bring non Russia related collusion crimes. His businesses have been performing less since he has been in office and become this global spectacle. The investigations will continue and already started in places like the SDNY. Trump's real concern might come to light the affect on his wealth
It isn't just fortnite that is a social media platform and game. I had played GTA way back but stopped after a while. I watch some vids of the latest version, and you see how you can play with a group of friends with audio chat between the whole time. There are many others
I add on is my experience with a friend I lost touch with, well because you could say he is losing touch with reality. He really went done the rabbit hole of vaccines causing autism. He spent a lot time on facebook groups, and thought at one point the gov't was kicking him out of the groups. I tried to calm him down by suggesting just stay off of there for a while. His response was "I go to work and come home, that is all I have outside of work". I got the feel he didn't believe his own BS, but it gave him purpose. He went to mediocre college and has a office job now he doesn't care for.
I thought about the reason for being kicked out of fb groups, and I am pretty sure it is his ex-wife. He met her through those groups. She went back to England (he is from the mid-west) to get her things, and found an argument to stay there and get a divorce. She seems nice, but he has seen her mean streak. He became involved with the fb groups because he thought food allergies, and she has had somewhat similar issues. She introduced the idea of vaccines causing autism to him
Having been a fed employee, the problem of younger people leaving has been a problem known for a while. I remember taking a survey around 2006 (may have been the one mentioned in the article) and accompany info for the survey included the high leave rate of young employees. One can deal with less job satisfaction for more job security if they have things such as marriages, kids, mortgages the younger don't have. This shutdown will just encourage a little more of the known issue
There might be something to your comment. My step mom is very quick to get spun up and share likely fake news on facebook. She is over 65, retired, remarried to my dad and moved about 5 years ago, and for many days at a time the only thing she contributes is making dinner. I get the feel she lacks self worth and her friends who were across the street are now a 30 min drive
Has far more to due with the Chinese tariffs that existed long before Trump. Before you had to manufacturer there with ownership of the plant just under 50 percent (going from memory not sure of the number) to avoid the 25% tariff. Trump might be right about Chinese existing tariffs, I wish there was someone more competent than Trump to handle the situation. He is not so likely to handle it well
The charge port on my 6s needed replaced. I went thru call support (knew the problem) and they confirmed the problem, so they scheduled an in store repair. I go, wait for a while, and finally see a person that looks at it and determines the port needs replaced. Then they inform me they don't replace for that model (at least not that old) and try to get me to buy a new one. I buy a repair from ifixit and keep using it.
The main problem I see is how much the cost of a phone has gone up under Cook, with the fact there is nothing new that really encourages an upgrade. Now you have a building repair industry/movement, it may get worse. I will admit ifixit has done a good job with their site not just selling products, but decent instructions to repair. My dad bought a dirt cheap replacement battery for a 5s from amazon, but it was the wrong battery. I told him to go thru ifixit, it may be a little more, but you will get the correct battery
This post is serving the interests of Russia encouraging an easy swayed president that ends up taking orders from far right (to the point of nut jobs) talk show hosts
It has been well known by much older famers that is apart of sustainable farming. I recently talked to a 80ish year old farmer that complained of the lack of more crop rotation and cover crop usage
Ugh, the American civics education is abysmal to non-existent. I know my understanding, I definitely have more to learn, came from self interest to educate myself. I want to understand correctly, not have a view point that I am taking phrases here and there out of context
It isn't anti-capitalism, but the problem with businesses lack of morals. More specifically silicon valley. The arrival of wall street being involved really changed things
A 538 poll showed both Clinton and Trump were considered unlikeable with highest ratings since 1980. We had a situation of two unelectable candidates as the only choices
Reminds of the problem growing algae to make fuel out of it. Sounds great that it is mostly carbon neutral using the CO2 out of the air, and keep using the existing infrastructure. But it is highly unlikely to produce enough to matter
Interesting the score doesn't reflect when someone is frugal enough most of the time they don't need credit cards or loans. My dad took out a loan on a motorcycle for the reason to get his first credit card. He had borrowed so little and been a number of years, he couldn't get a card.
The most interesting contradiction I find is the religious conservatives want to stop abortion and advocate for family values. Then they default deny climate change which will impact their family after they have died. To me it seems that believing in climate change directly mean that god doesn't exist, but contradicts the “Be fruitful and multiply..." bible verse.
“Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Yep, instead of working together they lost their minds about it. Constant effort to sabotage, and only later included replace after it had helped enough people liked it enough that just repeal didn't work. My view of the old version of the 2 parties were, they were kind of the cliche caring parents. Mom (dems) wanted to help the kids (public) all of the time. Dad also wanted to, but he also wanted to instill self sufficiently and he 'wasn't made of money'. They would work together to address issues and come to a good comprise with a common goal to in service to the public. Now that is long gone with the current state of the GOP. It is about as recognizable as a car I sold 12 years ago. The outside looks the same as in the name, but the new driver is an asshole
Easily dumber or even dumbest. He is someone that worked for them, not some terrorist they might try to track, so he basically knows he will get caught.
No not mad, don't think there is at least the hard rights view of God, __maybe__ a deist. If there is a high power, I think most people have it way wrong and use religion for their own purposes

Wonder what "the plan" is?

4G showed as LTE, but when showed 4G is was 3G on their home networks. Then 3G was 3G on other networks. Am I remembering that correct?

Should I RTFA or make wild assumptions and post inflammatory uninformed counter replies?
Knowing what the current students have posted online at my alma mater, the social life aspect __seems__ to becoming a more of a concern than before.

Whatever happen to that idea?
