"Basicly meaning that console MMORPGs will eventually mimic and merge with PC MMORPGs"
Final Fantasy XI already did that. When I am logged on my PC playing that game, not only do I play with Americans playing it on their PC, I play with Ameraicans playing on thier PS2 and Japanese people playing it on their PCs and PS2s.
Could have somthing to do with the fact that it was the JEDI library that they were erased from. Maybe non-jedi aren't allowed to go to that library, and since it is run by jedi they would know if an outside force tried to erase or access the files.
Perhaps the actuall percent in difference is different for different platforms? Maybe the webpage is using Megabytes of difference, and the poster is using kilobytes of difference... you know the whole 1MB != 1000 kb er... 1024... er which ever the hard drive manufacturers use to confuse me...
I've actually seen this, where in really tiny letters it says something crazy like, "Clicking "no" indicates you do not mind this software being installed on your system."
And yet T-Mobile "can't" track my Color Sidekick that got jacked? Even though they are the only provider in the area? Here's me being glad my contract is almost up with them.
Um... a third party person (not affiliated with Walmart or SlashDot) submitted the information and it was posted. I am sure there are some out there who doubt this, but Walmart is not paying Slashdot for advertisment space. Walmart did not select SlashDot as a place to tout their new service, and you are probably not part of their target market.
The Old testament should be read for reference, or entertainment only, since it pertains to the Jewish religion, and most Christians are Christian of non-Jewish ethnicity, or Gentile Christians. Not to mention that fact that the message of the New Testament (peace and all that hippy love your neighbor stuff) is in opposition to a lot of the Old Testament killing, murdering, scourging, raping, and death type stuff.
I am a Christian and my hackles get raised evertime I hear someone substantiate their beliefs based on the Old Testament.
I am not so interested in how things turn out as long as two things remain the same. Emusic.com sticks to a flat $9.99 a month fee providing me with a large selection of indie music (their selection has gotten a little "lighter" recently e.g. where are all the F.Y.P. records they used to have?) and IRC trading stays strong.
emusic is the best example of legal audio downloads. I don't pay something silly like $0.99 a song. I pay 10 bucks a month, and have unlimited downloads. Yes I don't get the new NSync albums and stuff, but I do get access to an ever expanding catalogue of independent music, which IMHO is better than most pop dreck.
Also (I believe, I haven't read my user agreement recently, and those things do change) there are no restrictions on the mp3s I download. No direct to cd burning. If I want to make a ton of mix cds with the tracks I get, go me. Scratch one up? Burn it again. If you download just one cd a month, you still save 5-10 bucks. I download several a week, so I have saved a ton of money, found bands I would have never gotten a chance to listen to (most of which you can't even find on Kazaa) and most importantly, my 10 bucks is not getting into Metallica or Dr Dre's pockets (or whoever has their panties in a twist about mp3s this week).
No I do not work for Emusic, and if stuff like emusic and kazaa (k-lite, which ever doesn't have all the spyware) ever get shut down, well, I'll go back to IRC and see how they are doing.

Maybe that's not what they said. But with the recent theft of my T-Mobile Sidekick fresh in my mind, I am hesitant to put so much faith in my easiliy pilferable devices.
(counter-point: credit cards can be stolen, yes, but my sidekick was not nearly as wallet/back pocket friendly as a credit card, thus not suck to my ass all day giving it a better chance of being stolen)
Electronic devices sometimes produce things called electric sparks. These electric sparks have the accused (unfairly IMNSHO) of setting gasoline fumes a blaze.
Sarcasm aside, isn't paying for gas with a cell phone a slight risk given this whole gasoline fumes and sparks don't mix situation?
when someone simply says MacOS, they typically mean OS 9 or lesser. If someone wants to know they are talking about OS X, they say OS X. Of course since OS X is based on UNIX, it wouldn't give him a good counter point to his points about UNIX.
Of course since I know nothing about the internals of UNIX or MacOS I could be full of shit.
I bookmarked your site, and will visit again some time. But please, in your next release, allow me to invert my mouse.

Final Fantasy does letters AND numbers now...
If this is the case, than SCO should have to go after microsoft next because, to my knowledge NT 4.0 was POSIX complient as well.
Plus it's not like they don't have a history of biting the hand that fed them.
What are you talking about? This is not a case of domain squatting.
I won't be happy until I can have linux with BSD inits... DOH!

Since firefox is based on mozilla, will these size and speed enhancments trickle down into the firefox browser?
;o)
As it is firefox is pretty fast, maybe the next version will display pages before I think to click on the links...
...if you're unborn. Call me selfish, but I want drugs that make me smarter. Stupid rats!

the especially funny part is how the SCO of today had nothing to do with UNIX development. They bought the name and everything.

Not to mention his assertion that SCO UnixWare is a viable operating system option. (I hope that was a joke)
more than PoP, try:
Rygar
Defender
Pac-Man
Spy Hunter
Shinobi
Ninja Gaiden
the list of new games based on classic titles is growing everyday.

as long as my avatar doesn't take as long as trinity to die in the game I'll be happy. Imagine having to wait 20 minutes to respawn...
4. military dialogue so cliched they rejected it for real war movies.
5. if you don't like the idea of Trinity dying, don't sweat it too hard. Yes she dies, but it takes her for fucking ever to do it.

I play on a very strict role play server call "The Vast". Check out our forums.

Also the p900 is aweful linuxy, here is a pice on how it Syncs with Linux
