    There are very few shows which I actually enjoy and would like to watch.

    You've missed the point You see, now you can go on Vacation - Like a cruise around the world or something and see your show when you get back.

    The fact you only like a few shows just means you can go on vaction longer. You lucky bastard Because you only like a few shows, you can go on vaction for 3 months and then catch up on your favorite shows when you get back. Just think: Spend winter in a warm paradise then come back and when everyone else has reruns you get your favorite show.

    In todays news Microsoft has been forced to admit their operating system suck yet again! Microsoft engineer Billy Joe Bob is quoted sayin "Welp we done found yet anouther bug in the werks and we are gunna just fix this right up fer ya".

    Users are asked to visit Microsoft's site where they will be able to get an update. Users will only be required to tell Microsfot what's on their hard drive and why they have a dual boot setup with an unidentifiable operating system. Users will also have to agree to love Microsoft through the next three upgrade cycles.

    Obviously, if the anti-theft devices go off, then they do have a reason to bother you.

    I have bought things from stores many times where the anti-theft system went off anyway. I just kept walking. I know I paid for it and that's that. I have never been confronted by anyone about it.

    The thing is I did actually pay for it and I didn't steal anything may have been a major factor. I assume if they thought I took something to begin with they may well atleast have confronted me.

    Why doesn't hosting facility in Lindon, Utah just cancel SCO's account? After all SCO is the reason for all of these atacks.

    If I were SCO's provider, I would cancel their service in a heartbeat. With reasonings such as excessive bandwidth usage and the like with out having to disagree or agree with SCO's point. SCO has become a liability to their service provider and the service provider has a right to cancel their service inorder to maintian the quality of service to their other customers.

    Most people won't need image resolution that high ... HOWEVER, it is good if you want to do anything with professional or production quality.

    I like to use those higher megapixle images so I can photograph a car accident from a mile way and digitally zoom in and get the license plate numbers

    Your exercise is pointless, because your model doesn't include all of the variables. One major variable is called The National Supremacy Clause It's this little concept in American law that states that federal laws supercede state laws and is why state laws can be shot down in federal courts.

    The National Supremacy Clause is the very reason for the 10th amendment ...The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people...

    If it were easy/possible to decrypt the DirecTV signal without using the phone jack on the box, this would be a non-issue.

    You really have no idea what you are talking about, do you?

    You needn't be in contact with them to hack and decode an encrypted signal. If that were so, how would Mexicans and Canadians do it? You think DTV wouldn't have at the very least Caller ID that could tell them when someone was calling from outside the US?

    A DVD is a 'DVD Copy' of a movie and you can even find DVD's labeled as such on sale. Or with an other indication it's a DVD version of the movie. Without the indication, you could think you may be buying the film.

    'DVD Copy' as a term lets you know it is a seperate work as a Copy would have to be on film. -Letterbox is the same thing, same with Pan&Scan -- if it were just a copy those things wouldn't exist

    How do you think Disney re-copyrights their works far beyond 1 renewal?
