    One problem you might want to factor in is multitasking. I work at a high school and the students who are stealing music are often running the p2p apps in the background while they are doing other stuff, like myspace,lj, actual school work etc.

    I imagine that its the same at home too, its not like these kids are sitting infront of their p2p app and watching the DL progress. They're on the phone, IMing, emailing, etc.

    You're already plugging your music player in to recharge it anyway.
    Why not just plug into a dock that charges and syncs your music at the same time?

    By default the mouse acts like there is only one button. So at first it will just function like it has a new scroll ball.

    Maybe when thin means $99 and not $699. Then yeah.

    Everything in the office is moving to webservices. Everyone already saves their documents on some Active Directory server somewhere, in a revision of windows or two Your office icons and everything will be on the server too.

    Just give the teachers some chalk and they can teach. Technology makes school more fun, but it gets in the way of teaching.

    How exactly is a $600 PC running windows XP a thin client?
    I suppose that makes the Mac Mini or an older iBook a thin client too.
