I mean flood these people, render any email address they have useless by flooding it with 1000 spams per hour. Since its ok to spam, there should be no problem. Im so sick of judges siding against the common good of the people, its ruins our quality of life as humans and ruins the quality of life for generations to come.

  9. Heres what you do on Online Business Model for a Band? · · Score: 0

Ive p[layed in a few sucessful local bands and were able to use the internet to promote and distribute our music without getting signed. First, let me say, the only way, i do mean the only way to get signed is to prove that you can SELL records 1) eihter your already famous 2) or youre already selling records. If youre already selling records, then the record companies are going to fight over you and youll end up getting a good deal. Thought if your band is "good" but have only sold lets say 1000-5000 records, you will get a crappy deal that will screw you and your band. If you look at prince, aniee mann, and like scores of other artists, they realized that distribution is almost free with the internet, the only thing an artist needs now is promotion. So as an artists, you are ust looking to get your name out along with your website url. Thats basically it. A band would be smart to trade albumn sales for promotion, and the promotion doesnt need to come from any music related entity. It could be an investor who wants to make some $$$. The goal for a band starting out is to push the band name and interviews and appearences and signing sessions and free live shows and open mic nites and radio spots and print ads and news articles and anything else that can expose the band. Gone are the days of needing Capitol/RCA's fleet of semi trucks to get your cd inot the music stores, since in 2005, people feel comfortable buying online, you can strictly sell your albumn online and rake: 100% of the profit! Thats right! 100% goes to the artist less promotion fees. The old fashioned way, Billy joel or elton john are lucky to get 8 cents on the dollar for their music. The riaa has screwed up the music business and the internet is a great leveler. Sio as a band, just focus on getting people to your site, and at that point, your music should sell itself :) Good Luck Yall! -Ryan Smith

  13. Waves on UK Report Suggests Dangers In Cell Phone Use · · Score: 0

I have a degree in Physics. And i can tell you , the major concern we talk about at school was the length of the wave and the length of time the signal is present in the body. The trick is to not use a frequency that is shorter than your head. A 1GHz signal is about 15cm. That is about the width of a human head and thats about as high a frequency you want to go with cell phones ( i think most phones are 1.8 GHz, but i dunno) . Since humans are mostly water ( your brain especially ) and water is conductive, if a wave is able to make a complete cycle *inside your body* a slight charge can be created across your cells and alter cells/do damage , even at low voltage this can occur b/c in physics , time also matters, not just level of intensity. If you use a cell phone and have high frequency/low voltage pass thru your brain for 50 years, you could develop tumors equivilant to experiencing a powerful voltage blast for a few seconds. If the wave length is longer than your body ( like radio waves are typically 3 feet or even 3 meters ) then the wave cannot make a comlete cycle inside your body, thus greatly decreasing the chance of any radioactive force being placed on your body. What gives us pause now isnt the cell phones so much ( b/c you can use those ear pieces and put the cell phone on your hip so you just get colon or liver cancer instead of brain cancer ) but those new wireless netowkrs at 5GHz and 10Ghz. Youre talking about these high frequency waves running thru your body YOUR WHOLE LIFE! not just for a 10-20 minute phone conversation once or twice a day. And think about kids who are born into hi traffic wireless hot spots where there may be 20 5Ghz signals flying all over. The human body has been around for at least 100,000 years and never experienced this level or type of radioation. I guess well see what happens to us in this great experiment called life. I wont be surprised if people start getting tumors or having mutated babies due to cellphones / wireless radiation.

  16. one good way.... on Using a Password One Doesn't Consciously Remember · · Score: 0

I have been thinking about the password problem for some time and i finally found a universally secure yet recallable method. I take 4 characters, any random 4 and use these always, say for example: erfg then think of a song that you know the lyrics to, like the chorus to "give peace a chance", all we are saying is give peace a chance. The first letter of each word is: awasigpac so i make my password: erfg&awasigpac if the password only allows 10 or 8 characters, then the password will only be the 1st 10 or 8 letters of the long password. And then when ever i need to change my password, i just think of another song, and then thats all i have to remember, the song's chorus. so summer breeze is my new song, my password is: erfg^sbmmffbttjimm the password can seem long, but its recallable and totally hard to remember in its given form. So obviously this works for quotes or sayings or any other memorable sayings.

I was diagnosed with ADHD back when they just called it ADD. Im 29 now, and when i was 8 or so, i remember having all these electrodes hooked up to my head so they could measure my brainwaves. They stuck me in a dark room and told me not to open my eyes and after 5 minutes guess what, i started opening my eyes out of bordem, then the mad scientist in charge of my experiment was taking notes and they figured i must have ADD b/c i cant follow simple instructions. Ask any 1st grader to keep their eyes closed with out opening them for 10 minutes? see if they do it. Thats like asking someone not to think of a pink hippopotomaus. Its crack science at best. And with people like the the poster willing to pump their kid full of drugs so they dont have to deal with their kid is jsut pathetic. Yes, your kid will run around the house and yell and scream and play and bounce off the walls - that doesnt mean that their gonna be that way when theyre teenagers or adults - Just relax and let nature take its course with this, jsut becasue someone can give it a name, doesnt mean its a disease. I was pumped full of ritialn until i was 14, thank god, i moved to florida where my dad didnt believe in that, and all my problems went away and i have no problem concetrating, all those kids with adhd need are alittle love and understanding by their lazy ass quick-fix me generation parents who cant wait to put the kids to sleep so they can watch homosexual double entandras from will and grance and queer eye tv shows. Heres some advice for the poster: why not try putting you kid on lithium? That way she wont make any noise and quietly play nicely with other kids, shell have the personality of a fern, but hey, as long as the kid is fulfilling the parent's idea of what their kid should be, then everything must be right. I found a new disease, its called "ADHD-itis" and most adults who have kids with high energy have it. These parents have this disease where they throw drugs and anything else at their kid until the kid becomes just as lame and lifeless as their parents. We need to put these adults on some serious drugs.

Orfice Hatch is raping the poor souls who keep this joke of a government alive. The poor HAVE to vote this time. I know youre only allowed to vote on a work day during working hours, but you have to vote, even if you have to take a sick day, its worth it this election. We cant have an all republican or all democrat government anymore. Its the same thing as having a dictator, or oligarchy. We need diversity and we need change! It may be too late already with the automatic electing machines in place. So whats next?
