    You then oppose farm equipment, calculators, and automobiles also?

    If the future consists of popping pills to get great bodies, you're right, people won't appreciate the hard work it used to take to get into that shape. Because it no longer takes hard work to get into that shape.

    I drive 18 miles to work every morning. I keep on trying to figure out ways to turn that into exercise, but it's just too far, and even on a bike will take too long. Walking would take me about 7 hours to get to work. Takes me about 20 minutes on a good day to drive there. Welcome to the modern age.

    Also, it's not "Too many people in this country". It's HUMANITY. All of humanity want something for the least amount of work and effort to get it.

    Don't worry about the money?
    The vast majority of people need a place to live, food to eat, gas, insurance, heat. These things are not free.

    They don't worry about the money. They *must* make money. They cannot live without it.

    Try graduating during the dot-com bust. It's like living in another world.

    Machines can spam far faster than any human can cope.

    Which means Craigslist needs to hire some good programmers and clean things up. Last time I checked, they had less than 20 employees and were raking in tens of millions of dollars.

    They cannot plead poverty or expense costs.

    Their main offices are near Silicon Valley, they cannot complain about finding quality people.

    I'm just a hobby programmer, and I've had to create a spam filter for a web page I've created. It's part of being on the Internet. ...hell, maybe I should call them up and offer my services.

    You're claiming that the Honduran Congress, and the Honduran Courts, AND the Honduran Military are all wrong?
    Assuming that they have 4 branches of Government, that's 3 out of 4.

    Even if the old President managed to stay in power, what could he possibly do when the rest of the government is arrayed against him?

    If the Federal tax burden is the lowest level in three decades, how do you explain that projected receipts for 2009 are the highest ever recorded?

    That's the tax burden. And no "Per capita" handwaving will cancel out the fact that we're paying more in taxes to the federal government than we ever have. Which is *precisely* what I stated.

    Also, you might want to act like people you disagree with have brains and perhaps valid points. Even if you don't believe it.

    You're missing a very important point about those 90% tax rates.

    There were many, many deductions you could apply for. This practice ended under Regan.

    Now we're paying far more in taxes than we ever have, and we're trillions of dollars in debt. Forecast? Even more debt.

    How about the inability to process lactose?

    Trying harder only works if you have other mechanisms that can take up the slack.

    I bought the CT128M225 from Crucial, and even though I haven't had any failures, I'm not using the drive to it's full ability.

    Getting fully functional firmware hasn't happened yet. They finally implemented TRIM under Windows 7, but it reduced write speeds in half. I'm currently running a version of the firmware that is known to have issues, but I've turned off certain functions under Windows 7 and haven't had any data corruption problems.

    I figure another year and the firmware will be golden.

    At that point it would be interesting to see statistics of DOAs of SSDs and the old platter tech.

    Considering they won't be released until next year, I don't see how anyone COULD buy generation 1 glasses.
