I think Dreamcast is goin to win this one. Why? Timing! They are releasing it first. Not only that but they have a secret weapon; Virtual Fighter 3. We all know Virtual Fighter has HUGE following, and that the next one will be released on the new Sega. So sega, when oh when should you release it? How about the same time PS2 is released? hmmm....interesting. Hideki, my boy, you've done it agian! Although PS2 does have the DVD disc, which has plenty of more support then the Dreamcast 1G cd. I dont know if that will matter, but who knows! Nintendo is dead in all this. oh wait, congrats Nintendo on creating this "revolution" that I confuse with PS2. good night.
There is a very tiny "Real Programmer" inside every Crusoe. He takes the x86 instructions as they come in and very very quickly re-writes them for the Crusoe's instruction set. I've just violated my NDA, better tick post-anonmously.
Yes, yes you do. Also you need two varieties of missle (seeking, and dumb-fire) bombs, a plasma ball that consumes half the screen a kick that hits in 360 degrees around you, a electrical grapple beam, and the ability to transform into a small ball. Also you need to be like the third heaviest character in the game, with the most diverse array of recovery techniques possible. Perhaps they can take away one of Samus' missle varieties so Link can both transform and pull out bombs.

OTOH this means that WebCore changes are hard to port to KHTML, but OTOH porting WebCore to GNUstep is easier, I suppose, since most Mac APIs are more or less the same there.
The Objective-C++ bits are actually making life difficult as far as a WebCore -> GNUstep port goes. Progress had gotten petty far but last I looked it wasn't really going anywhere. Browsing the CVS repository the most recent revisions are about 9 months old. On the plus side, when i tried it, it was pretty impressive. Drop a controller on a window in interface builder and write a line or two to send it to a page. it rendereed, clicking on links and stuff of that ilk tended to throw exceptions all over the place though.
Sorry about the spelling, wasn't joking just messed it up apparently.
Re. 1) Is expecting to be taken literally, part of this? I will often say something that I expect to have taken at face value and be surprised when its not.
2) I can if I try, although often it is very difficult
3) i do have a lively imagination, but I also occasionally^W often have problems with thinking in a rut when trying to solve a problem. Often I will either instantly recognize a solution to a problem, or never figure it out, getting stuck in one method of trying to solve it.
After reviewing what you said, I don't believe I have Asperger's but have developed ways to cope with it. Perhaps if I had known of it when I was younger, or my parents had I would have been diagnosed with it. My Asperger's like behaviors were much more promienent then. I had immesne difficult fitting in. At recess I would wander wander about silently flapping my hands together in my own little world. I had no friends until high school. I shall consider myself lucky that I either don't have it or discovvered how to live with it on my own. Thanks for your input.
I don't expect to get a professional opinion especially not w/o being diagnosed, but how significant is this bit?
Stereotyped and repetitive motor mannerisms (e.g., hand or finger flapping or twisting, or complex whole-body movements)
Becasue I definitely have the finger/hand flapping. I don't have quite so much trouble with the social cues, although I didn't make any friends really until high school. I have a preocupation with computers, and reading but I don't know if its to Asberger's scale, as it were.
So am I just geeky, or do I have a (mild?) case of Asperbeerger's? (If there is sucha thing as a mild case).
I ended up giving them a point for not assigning an octet above 255.
An episode of Jeopardy had a a question(answer?) to which the answer(err question) was IP Address. The example had several octets greater than 255. I winced.
All these file hiearchies people show are clever, (I like the c/i distinction especially) but I feel like this problem would dissapear if you just makethe world simplest DB. Just stick every file in one directory, or keep your current hiarchechal setup, but then have a table with artist, album, etc. and the path to the file on the fs. With something like dnotify you could even automatically add to the databaase as files get downloaded or ripped.
Oh, thank you for pointing out one more huge PITA in iTunes: it installs QT, even without asking, and ceases to work for no reason if you remove this useless annoyancy called Qicktime.
That's because iTunes IS QuickTime (more or less) + some playliist, organizational functionality and a different interface.
No, I'm sorry you're wrong. The best part about Indian movies are the musical numbers. The intermission is just icing.
Sattellite Tag! You're it!

You can get the edu discount in store. thats how my brother bought his iBook. Just bring a transcript or acceptance letter or other proof.

Yeah but you can't run (efficient) queries against your whole library of music with just id3 tags.

I dunno what point I'm trying to make here.
OASIS and PDF don't really fill the same niche. Just like how Word's .doc format doesn't fill the same niche as pdf.
