I'd say you'd need a Tablet PC. You can take written notes that are pretty much instantly digital. And you don't have to S P E L L each word out, unlike PDAs. Question is, do you have a few thousand dollars to chuck out for one?
Not 'meeting demand' is just a euphonism for 'not willing to raise prices'. I'm sorry, but the networks like Viacom had their way, we'd all be paying out the ass for their 'services'. Oh wait, cable users do that already.
I applaud Dish Network for taking a stand on Viacom's monopolistic and unfair rate hikes.
is to seriously insult J. Michael Straczynski. I definately prefer his style of writing and plot to Gene Roddenberry's. I kinda wish that Crusade had gotten a chance. The frelling thing was canceled before it was even aired. Stupid AOL Time Warner/TNT. Bah.
NS takes about 5 secs to load on my computer (with NO loading times on menus), while it takes IE 10 just to load and 5 secs for each menu I open on the top. Netscape is definately faster on my computer. I also don't like the idea of Windows crashing if IE gets an error. At least I can safely ctrl-alt-delete my way out of Netscape.
It (PSX1) also has a processor speed of 66 MHz. (I think.) 66 MHz, 4 Megs of RAM and it still plays Diablo and FF7 better than my Pentium 200 w/ 60 Megs of RAM. Specialized gaming systems like the Playstation will, eventually, replace PCs as the main way to game. Of course, as consol systems get more complex, they become more and more like computers sans Windows and other useless junk. I'm not saying that PSX2 will do the job, I do believe that sometime within the forseable future, speciallized gaming systems will replace "do-everything" PCs.
"Well I am still waiting for the day that stupidity will no longer be a threat to our society." From what I have observed, stupidity is a universal constant around the world. Your location is no different from anywhere else. What I am trying to figure out is why people carry so much prejudice about other countries.
NASA needs to get funding from somewhere. If it recieves anymore budget cuts , it'll shrink and die a terrible death. NASA, in wanting to take commercial profits, is showing a weakness. If NASA is to survive, it needs to break away from the government and shift its goals to half commercialism-half scientific research. Prove to companies that they can make money in space and the space program will thrive. Or better yet, a new private space agency should be formed. You're right, NASA itself is unthinking, inefficient, bureaucratic. It can't get anything done (even with the technologies that are developed after a while [ex: ion engine]). To top it off, the 1 billion dollar budget cut that is going through Congress now will really hamper NASA. I wonder if Microsoft will change its name to "The Company" and be the first to mine asteroids.:P
Why hasn't this been modded +1 Funny yet?
I signed up for Gmail two days ago. The invitation went through fine to my Hotmail account. Is this actually happening or is it just an email fluke?

Better question is, when was the last time you played Civilization, Caesar, Gettysburg, or Warcraft on a console?
Games like Final Fantasy Tactics, as much fun as they might be, aren't vanilla strategy games, in the genre sense.

Looks like it should be a pretty good FPS. If only I played FPS...
Free things are always good, I say. Even if it is apple...

Then no anonymous cowards would go there, right?

Same here. The only classes my high school offers are "Word Processing 1 & 2" Nothing like taking a class to learn how to use MS Word. Ug.
General Protection Fault :P

Don't blame it on being American. I've found that stupidity knows know race, nationality or sex. :P
