The server cluster at work is only like half the size of a full grown elephant, so how can I trust AC power not to shock anybody using the rack's KMM to death?
I am a long time Apple enthusiast. I really like their products, but I absolutely hate their software. Whenever I get an Apple product, the first thing I do is dual boot. I'm really looking forward to using the GRUB boot loader with the ease of the scroll wheel.
Senior citizens really, really, don't need computers complicating their lives. It is not uncommon for my grandma to call me 3-5 times weekly on just how to work the TV remote; imagine what it would be like if she was trying to watch a "dot com."
Senior citizens won't view email or web browsing as a convenience. If you want an older person to take advantage of global mass communication infrastructure, the best thing to do is get him/her a telephone with huge, easily readable buttons.
It's a good thing my family doesn't have a history of Alzheimer's. I should be good on the candy and fast food front, because all my family has is a history of diabe- oh shit
If you Buy Fraggle Rock, Season 2 on DVD and watch episode 36, titled "The Doozer Contest," you will find, about 3 and a half minutes in, Flange saying "Look the Fraggles are Destroying the North Tower" and then all of the Doozers Cheer. If you don't believe that this is proof positive that Jim Henson was behind the events of September 11th, then you are a disinformation agent and a muppet of the shadow government.
Mrs. Fletcher uses an audio link only system, and it works exactly as promised. The minute she used hers and said "I've fallen and I can't get up" people knew it was as reliable as anyone would ever need.
I live in an area that has had utility boxes on lawns and the likes for decades. This is nothing new, and the complaints sound like mostly just noise made from people who obsess a bit too much about their lawns.
After the Launch, the Koreans will no longer need Starcraft the game; it's just a training simulation to them. That's what the South Korean space program is really about, fighting the Zergs in real life.
The way I see it, Apple wouldn't have yanked the app if there was some incentive to get free software with it. In addition to the "I am rich" app, buyers could also get, absolutely free, the "I am retarded" app as well as the "I don't get laid very often" app.
It was back in the 80's. And I was pitching a "mat," that you use to "Jump" to "conclusions." Nintendo blew me off. A few months later, they released the power pad, and I still haven't seen a dime.
To newer gamers defense, though, it was a pain in the ass to figure out that I had to replace the bucket of golf balls with a bucket of fish and also to figure out that I had to take Max's black light bulb or that I had to bend a wrench to unscrew the giant fish.
I thought the movie was an ok treatment I guess

I mean, don't get me wrong, Christian Bale is a good actor; but to be honest, when it comes to movies about the Black Knight, I don't really think that anybody can top Martin Lawrence's performance.
I believe that magnificent troll's ability to practice law would be doing society a grave tragedy. I mean, would you have prevented Andy Kaufman from wrestling women or Sacha Cohen from screwing with people's heads.
If they disbar Thompson, then one of my modes of entertainment is severed.
I've been thinking for so long about how Blizzard needs a "World of Guitar Heroes" MMORPG to complement WoW and Diablo III but just wasn't sure how they would pull off the development with stretched programming resources.
For a minute there, I thought "crawlable" referred the speed with which adobe products run in my browser, because they've already achieved that milestone.
Square's obsessions lately go far deeper than cutscenes. It seems that Square, being the RPG sweatshop that it is, has lately been interested in making every male characters in their games more emo and homoerotic than the previous and every female character less clothed. Sadly, this means that "fanfiction writer" has become a viable market demographic.

Peter! You didn't tell him about... THE RUMBLE PACK?
Are you sure it wasn't collusion with Creative Labs rather than the RIAA?
