I've had my Hotmail account for years. I've never sent a single piece of email using the hotmail address. The only 'spam' I recieve is from Microsoft themselves, and that only happens once a month, and it's not a problem.
I use it for IM and nothing else. I didn't tick any of the "I want spam" checkboxes.
I put Visual Basic Script and Javascript on my CV. My boss said in the interview "Oh, you do Visual Basic and Java. Great! We use that here!". He is an engineering manager with little IT skills.
While it doesn't impress you lot on/. it sure impresses other people.
I live in the home town of Intel. My mate used to be in charge of the CCTV for the town centre. A drunken BJ in the plazza by House of Frazer was the best thing he ever brought home - yes, he had a VCR there. Phoning the public telephone boxes in the town centre and zooming in on the women as they answered was his favourite pass time.
I like ET too but your method would not suit my style of play.
I play the medic. I get shot a lot when trying to heal my team mates - I tend to be in the thick of the action. Sometimes I heal them, run off, then heal myself. More often than not I have to re-spawn.
Finishing a level will 20 kills and 30 deaths is not uncommon for me. Limited lives would suck.
I'm a drag 'n drop man myself, I learned the skill from Win3.1.
The 300 people I work with are not drag 'n drop people. The idea of picking up an Access database file and dropping it on the Excel icon is totally alien to them... I borrowed a set of auto-complete JS functions to put in my latest web app. The users were gob-smacked by this too.
I cannot see the need for drag 'n drop functions in web applications. Sorry.
I had one of those big Casio remote control watches.
I always had a chuckle in other people's houses... They would be flicking through the channels quite happily until I held down one of the buttons on my watch. The signal from the watch would block their remote (that's the way I like to think of it) and they would press the buttons harder and harder until finally giving up.
I'm guessing I cost my friends enough cash over the years with their constant replacing of batteries. Did they not put two and two together and realise that the batteries only ran out when I was around?:)
I could have kept the SNES turned on that night and not gone out. I wouldn't have met her. I wouldn't have let her move in. I wouldn't have let her scratch the sides of two of my cars. I wouldn't have spent silly amounts of money on bathroom accessories..?
I would have a decent PC and a proper gaming life.
Saturday I saw 9500 leechers on a Torrent that had only been out for a couple of hours. There is a huge demand for new films like "The Day After Tomorrow". I heard everyone sigh when it was nuked.
This was one torrent on one network for one day. The demand is the same on the other 50 or so P2P networks. There are millions of people who have downloaded this particular movie.

#5. Find out that the name and address doesn't exist as the account has been made with false ID.
It used to draw big crowds in the arcade. There were people who could complete it one handed using only one credit. The hydraulics gave a whole new experience......but was it really any good?
I'd have to say no. It was not a good driving game. It was a game where you remembered the best routes with the easiest overtaking opportunities. There was no driving skill involved. It was repetitive and boring.
I bought it for my C64 though. I was amazed how good it looked compared the arcade machine but it was still not a good game.
Is there still a call for games like this when we have the likes of Project Gotham Racing and Gran Turismo?
The least you could do is link to the decent version of the game. WWP was shunned by the masses just like W3D was.
WA has recently been taken over by a Worms player, DeadCode. He has implemented so many new features and bug fixes this year that he is a God amongst Wormers.
Haven't you ever input data into a computer?
Why is the readability of that sentence poor?
I'll back you up...

Had it years, I tell you. Zero spam.
The page about the game ANIMAL brought back memories. I can't remember the name of the computer I played this on - it was about 20-25 years ago.
I didn't know the game was a 'virus'. Very interesting.

Siemens phones do this too.

Now you've heard.
So funny that I'll leave the 'Friday is burn Karma day' alone this week.
:)
Cheers
They'll have these sensors everywhere. You will get a letter in the post telling you that you travelled 1 mile in 59 seconds in a 60mph zone.
Someone tell me they wouldn't be used like this eventually.
1. Breed dogs
2. Sell dogs to speeding motorists (you know its going to be used for that, c'mon)
3. Profit
Bollocks, I fucked it up.
This link works and seems faster.

Forgive me if I don't get the technology right here.
We don't remember IP address for websites at the moment. We use DNS. Would the same not be true for your example?

How cruel can it be?

Your #5 only works if they are stupid. oh wait...

Sounds like a normal woman to me. Maybe you are gay?
Friday is burn Karma day. I have plenty to burn and moderating twice a week is getting to be a chore.

I use Avant Browser and it reports itself as MSIE - quiet rightly so too. Avant gives me all the blocking and tabbed features that we all love.
I like to write web pages for the masses so I do need MSIE... The MSIE engine anyway.
I still like open source. My favourite apps are all open. Don't be depressed about it. Life is too short.
Today is burn Karma day. Anyone that says I'm agressive will get a smack in the mouth.

wa.team17.com
Fan/League site that kept WA popular when Team17 abandoned it
My niece, who loves video games, is 194lbs and turned 13 this month!
That must have been one hell of a big birthday cake.
And when everyone stops uploading, where do you think you're going to download from?
The Coastguard!
I'd probably like it just because it's different. Shame it's not being released on the XBOX.
