My only real problem with it is that it ended up costing extra, you only get a demo version with your new powerbook... (unless they've changed that...)
regrettably a recent study has shown that the one thing that 'duct' tape is really not good for, is repairing ducts... (heating ducts anyway, the glue melts)
Don't forget that the filet-o-fish is a big seller on fridays due to the religious convictions of some. One of the major reasons that sandwich exists really...
You're surprised at this kind of attitude? In a world where even some of the major religions (supposed bastions of moral high-ground,) ignore some of their fundamental tenets in the name of expediency?
And before anyone feels hurt about this, allow me to quote a billboard I saw in the midwest recently.

Smurf has answered you for me, all keyboard shortcuts -can- be available, like tabbing from fields to buttons in web pages, they just aren't on by default. like the whole two button mouse argument, things like that are not initially intuitive, or discoverable, just faster when you know.
In fact, many of the standard emacs control key chords are generally available as well. (ctl-d for forward delete) though only for cocoa applications, not carbon. (one more reason to use mail.app instead of entourage...)
I've recently had the chance to work on a 30" monitor, and the menu bar is still delightful. what's important is not that it is far away, but that it is always in the same place.
But truly, for most applications it is simpler on a mac to take advantage of the keyboard shortcuts and right mouse context menus...
I still find it surprising that most people seem to think that Macs don't have these things...
I was trying to think of a good ending to the "he'll eat anything." bit, when I realized that both of these companies are the ones that tend to do just that...
Enough with the @*&$*&# acronyms already. The english language has suffered enough torture already, and in light of recent claims by this 'administration,' we (the US,) aren't supposed to be doing that sort of thing.
it can turn on a dime, but also stay on that dime. poor circulation results. trumpets have nice (if tight) curves, and even building ducts can have redirects inside the otherwise rectangular ducts to minimize trapped airflow in corners. for the most part even those corners are curved to help the stream of air.
most server rooms aren't part of the duct, for example, the one here is large and rectangular, with enormous vents at either end. not very well designed.
airflow is a very complicated problem, my old employer had at least three AC engineers on full time staff to work out how to keep the tents cold ( I worked for a circus, hence the nick.) the ducting we had to do in many cases was ridiculous.
why do you think the apple engineering used to use a cray to work out the air passage through the old macs. just dropping air-conditioning into a hot room isn't going to do jack if the airflow isn't properly designed and tuned. air, like many things, doesn't like to turn 90 degrees, it needs to be steered.
Dunno, I've been with netflix for about ~5 years now, (early adopter,) and the turnaround time has been pretty stable, no matter where I lived. There are times of year when there might be another day, but it's usually a day there and a day back.
That includes the backwoods of northern new england...
Of course I don't qualify for the settlement anyway, I already get 4 at a time.
But you know, netflix wasn't meant for people in a hurry...
I'm impressed, how'd they get video on that older model ipod?
the rest of us would look for ways to increase the humping...
I recall this making it famous first, but then again, as acronyms go, it's been around for some time...
Apparently it's not vi/emacs...

you're out of luck, now they both suck...
Given that retail markup is usually around 100%.
Even if substantially less, there is no way that Microsoft is actually getting $399 on a unit sale.

It's apparently good for warts though

Oh come on, surely they still bundle IE and notepad?

people who buy macs have a tendency to own them until they die. kind of like pets I suppose...
This may allow a malicious user on the local system to create an environment where an alternate program will be executed by iTunes.
Emphasis mine.
It would seem that remote attacks not possible unless the attacker had direct access to the machine in question first.
what is your name?
what is you quest?
what is your favorite color?
(I'm pretty sure I got question 2 wrong, but you get the idea...)

I have very good dress sense,
I just choose not to apply it to myself...
lack of a panty line...

windows user, are we?
maybe they're Italian, 'con' means 'with' there...
well, half Italian...

Who will be the AOL Mikey?
but you can put a Porsche engine in a VW Eurovan... same engine mounts... (well the late 80's vanagon anyway...)
sorry, I was going to mod, but I had to reply...
