If you have a Nokia phone, you don't need this app to find out that information. Just do an internet search and find out how to enable the "field test" menu on the phone. The info in it may be a little crpytic, but it's all in there.

What it boils down to is that there be one bidirectional line coming from the switch to each mobile user and a third outgoing line routed directly to the police.

Just as braille displays are an alternative to "regular" monitors, I am sure there are plenty of alternative email providers that don't do this. A free market has a way of providing alternatives when there is a need.
