On a morning when I'm receiving the latest windows virus in my inbox every five minutes I feel very comfortable with this.
Am I the only one who was embaressed when they read that? As my eyes rolled back down I can't help but wonder if everytime we see comments like that, if its complete bullshit. Who in the hell gets a virus even once a day? once a week? Or even better, don't you people have virus checking on your mail servers?
Ok, so if you have enough money from having a good job, you can get to work early or on time and keep that good job. If you don't have enough money from having a bad job then you'll arrive late and lose that bad job and never move up.
congratulations, using the obvious method of karma whoring.......blah blah, use to like MS, blah blah, all you dorks were right linux r000lez, blah blah
not impressed....
Why is it that every american I know that tries to spell Colombia ALWAYS spells it with a 'u' ?? Couldn't you at least spent those extra 10 seconds to look it up and know how to spell it correctly?
I've noticed alot of posts assuming his collection is Massive, but in reality its not THAT big. I recently added to my own collection and went to the local Walmart/KMart and bought a few tubs of 500 pieces for only $10. Now doing the math His 100K collection is only worth $2000, of which I bet a good portion/. users has spent more on their computers and accessories.
Theres collectors who go FAR beyond this and make legos a significant factor in their household budget and have well surpassed 100k pieces...

$0.20 isn't a good price for an average brick. Go to any local walmart/kmart and buy a tub of 500 pieces for $10, thats $0.02 a piece!

Well if you drop by any local Walmart, Target, K-Mary (or hell, any toy store) they all sell (well most) these tubs of 500 pieces for around $10, so at that rate his collection is only worth $2000.
As a sysadmin I've seen waaaaaaaaayy too many users making simple (and oh so very stupid) mistakes. Oh yes, the stories you hear are true, they dont just exist in rec.humor or userfriendly.org,....and yes I have had a user complain where I simply pushed that silly power button and problem was solved, and the many times a printer wont work because it...*Gasp* was out of paper, imagine the horror.

Thought it said, "We'll Walmart Open Source", and I was ready to cry out dupe!
That would be interesting though, for /. to have a "Random" section where the algorithm would pull stories from only /.esque sites
