The only option is to replace the whole machine, which would be in $100,000 range and we are not going to do that. I actually put our last firewall on that machine and gave it its own subnet and locked out all the ports. I setup a VPN between that machine and our main network using encryption and cisco VPN software which allowed me password protect it. Only the head graphics person can send files to the machine, but she is the onyl one who had access anyway. To be honest, I am not worried because it would take a pretty determined person to hack it at this point and there would be no advantage to it.

Is this a Troll, or are you saying that we used to have more freedom with hosting... from the beginning, there have been limits to free speech in the US. More importantly, we allow businesses to establish their own guidlines for operating (within reason) and as long as they abide by those guidlines, we leave them alone. If this hosting company reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any reason they seem fit (read your agreement, I bet something similar is in there) then it is within their right and they are accountable to no one. This is as much about capitalism as it is about freedom of speech.

For every regional weather change, there seems to be somewhere else where the change in opposite. My Laptop (a Sony) needed a small repair and they said I had to send it to Sony. I demanded they take it since the warranty was for 3 years or extend my warranty period by a year. They said they could do neither so I demanded a refund for 1/3 of the warranty purchase price. They had no leg to stand on so I got 100 and some dollars in store credit and used it to buy a printer with a good rebate.
