They are all releaseing the same day as the US, but because of the time change you actually can see it and have it reviewed here before the US general population can, all 179 mins of it.
Except that 30 year guess is based on the oil in existing wells and oil that can be easly obtained.
It does not count new wells and new process for getting oil. Once the price of gas in the US starts to cost the amount they current pay in Europe, around $4.50 a gallon,(everyone pays the same low amount for the actual fuel, the taxes are what jacks up the price) they can start opening old oil wells and extracting left over oil using new methods.
Based on tests with the new processes the US alone has more extractable oil, in old wells only, then Saudi Arabia had at its peak with the current extraction methods.
mobs do not drop any items except for thoses that can be used for crafting, and the completion of missions.
Also you have no magical items, and the only buffs are thoses you get from eating food and drinking.
They are planing to ad new quests, content, etc but only in expansion packs.
They have already said they are not adding monthly updates, except for nerfs and other fixes.
I did it the other way, at my last job I required a provision that part of my job duties were to go to COMDEX each year, which they had to pay for.
Got to see everything and had a good week of vacation, just had to write up a trip report for it.
Segway corp initially did this big push to try to get police, large spread of office complexes, park rangers, post offices to purchase them. They even have a post office version with a trailor to carry the bags.
Somehow I don't think that they are going to replace golf carts in large building and office complexes.
However they would be fun to race down long halls and in flat places outdoors.
Did not go this year, but had gone to the previous 5 years.
I now have my office now decorated in stuff of companies that no longer exist. However I only have 4 more out of business t-shirts left, rest have to many holes or paint stains.
The best thing I got from COMDEX was a bunch of hot sause, some company was giving them away and talking to the booth guy I got 10 bottles. Good Lousiana style sauce.
Yes they are really over priced. Did provide a good laugh when on CNN headline news they could not run all over the set because they had problem getting over the cords.
If I really wanted to make easy walking I would go with a Solex http://www.cybernex.net.au/clubs/cccv/reports/sole x.html
Cheaper, more distance, faster, and if you want or run out of power you can still use the pedals of the bicycle.
This was happening for a while with US gas stations. However they called it a cash discount, which ammount to around 3%.
It lasted for a while and then died.
Now gas station figure they can loose inpulse purchases by not having people go into the stories to pay for the gas.
They still have the Consumer Electronic Show, that has been comeing close to beating Comdex in the number of attendies, and this year will probably beat it.
Have not read that book, but have seen a couple of other initial studies on pair programming, and have come to the thinking that most of the benifits come from not having people wasting time.
Read less slashdot, get more code written.
That is not a nice thing to do, calling someone just to bug them.
When you call her be sure to ask her to take your name off her list, and please recall to verify that it has happened.
This was mentioned in a scifiweekly article about this, but not in the one referenced in the article.
Marvel pays Stan Lee 1 million a year currently for rights to his creations.
So based on what he said the UI displaded in Jurasic Park I was almost correct.
It did have an operating system("Hey this is Unix, I know this.") however the OS was irrelavent, but it allowed anyone to access the system(just reboot the system and you had full access), it had this stream of 3D document, and they had the software.
Some fast food restaraunt is already doing this, Arby's I think.
You enter the store go up to a kiosk and hit the pictures of what you want, you can right then pay by credit card. You then go up and collect your food squares, and pay in cash if you had not already paid.
Last place I lived I had cable set up Adelphia, the installer knew what he was doing.
I had two computers; a linux server, and a windows client game machine, normally hooked up in a small home network, disconnected for this install. Because of thier install limitation I just had them hook up the windows machine.
He used my existing network card(he offered to use this first, and then switch the card if he could not get it to work), and installed the cable modem software so that he could do configuration test, he had a checklist of some other software(anti-virus, newsreader, browser, etc) which I told him I did not want, he allowed me to sign off as not being installed.
Seeing my other computer and hub he offered to hook that all up, but I said I prefered to do it myself. He then gave me an extra sheet with all the default news server name, NIS server, etc, all the stuff you could pull from his setup, but nice to have outside of the machine.
Since he had not needed to use a network card he offered me one of the types they use, so I took one of thoses 10/100 USB connectors from linksys.

The preview they added on the later showings of fellowship of the Ring had Gandlf in it.

They need to merge it with a Segway and then we are talking about something that is useful for city traffic.
Not really, most of them would just be happy if we left the cities and got back to our "natural" Agrarian ways.
Just like Pol Pot did with Cambodia.

With COMDEX being so poor last year and this year how is CeBit has it died down or is it still going really strong?

Also race horses names have this same requirement.

I live in Germany were they have fairly high recycling laws.
When I asked about CD when I was turning in some batteries I was told to toss them in the bin where non-recyclable items are put.

I personally prefer going with SQuirreL, but from dealing with other Oracle and ms DBAs most conformists go with sequel.
You more likly they will figure that since they cannot play the music, and they want the music, that they will get it from the internet.
