Well if you have seen the tralier (well the one they are showing on TV in aus) there is no "DON'T PANIC" on the front of the book, just a fist, like it's going to punch you in the face.
They should be still legal tender, but I'm probably wrong. They are more valuable for collectors. I also have some $1 and $2 notes around here I should see how much they are now days.
They still have not fixed the slashdot page rendering problem yet, it is marked fixed in bugzilla but people are still geting problems. OOOOoooo looks like RedHat decided to update their thunderbird packages.
It's a trademark problem not a copyright isuse. Some company in the US trademarked "UGG" and told to stop using it, but we have been using the term for a long time it would be the same as Aus trademarking "Apple Pie" and telling the US to stop using it.
Sure a pocket full of paper is better than coins, and plastic notes are more costy to make, but paper doesn't last to long. I'm sure the lifetime of plastic and metal is alot longer than paper.
