In part of the study I read on NPR, kids were put in a room and told to take a test. Half of the kids were told there was a ghost in the room. Those that thought they were being watched were less likely to cheat.
Most of these online pharm orders are for non-medical reasons. The most popular, phentermine, is used to make speed. Other popular meds, viagra, cailis, didrex, are used recreationally. Knowing this, it's hard to sympathize with the online pharmacy industry.

This seems like sensationalists journalism by/. because at no point does it say Rupert Murdoch is involved in this more so than the janitor of the company. I love/. He's right and the article explains it better. Apple encourages consumerism more so than Microsoft. 15 years ago that didn't seem possible. You can pick your poison. As a consumer I'm going with Apple, as a moderate hobbyist I'm going with Microsoft and as a real hobbyist I'm going with neither.
What part of the argument you're on depends on your purpose. FWIW, Apple makes me vomit.

The article was written by an employee of the company that sold their testing software/services to MySpace. Of course they're going to have glowing reviews about their testing tools.
With that said the author is right. Capacity testing in production is needed for high availability sites. Verifying your real time monitoring tools is also important.
I like this idea. I have non-techy friends, their laptops are riddles with viruses and anti-virus software. To top it off, anti virus software providers are part of the problem. Their free trial popus are almost worse than a virus. So, the need exists. Any/. isn't going to have this problem but the rest of the world having this problem makes it everyone's problem.
Using public funds to keep the net virus free is a good approach. Some services you can't commercialize. If each person had the right to decide to not pay for the DMV, public education or the military then those services wouldn't exist. Keeping the net free does fall into this category. Everyone wants it but no one wants to pay for it...forget where I read this drivel...but its interesting to see why or why not services are privatized.
I have an iPhone so my opinions are speculation. It seems to me that an Android phone is like using desktop linux 10-15 years ago. It was clumsy, with enough effort it could do everything needed and the product wasn't ready for all consumers. I wouldn't recommend linux to my grandmother a decade ago just like I wouldn't recommend and Android phone to her today. Over time the Andriod phones will (hopefully) be more fully featured & easier to use than the iPhone.
>So this entire thread is in the category of Whining.
Agreed. Hotels offer meeting rooms for rent for the purpose of conducting business. Because so many people were evicted I'm guessing there were too many people wandering the hallways, stirring up complaints from non-CES guests.
The book Sway has an interesting article on this subject. In it, comparisons are drawn from the supreme court, flight crews on airplanes and the character Cameron in the movie Ferris Buelers Day Off. In all situations youâ(TM)ll find a âblockerâ(TM) or someone in the group that makes up an excuse to why something canâ(TM)t be done. The fact that someone has a dissenting opinion is insignificant. People are fired due to a series of events, not one in particular. No one wants to lose a good employee that makes a single bad decision. Given I'm not familiar with this situation, I'm willing to bet there's more to this story than just a CD being copied. Regardless, learn from this, move onward & upward. The worst thing you could probably do is dwell on it.

Slightly addictive, highly recommended. The goal is to built towers that kill creeps faster than your opponent. It's pretty fun...kind of like multiplayer tetris.
FYI, the miserable failure google bomb, and others like it, were killed a few months ago. More spam will invade the system and Google will again figure out a way to combat it. It's an arms race between search engines and spammers that's never going to go away and fortunately Google does a decent job at fixing spam.
A friend working as a test pilot in the military spoke about NASA recently. Said its best to wait for the private than take your chances with NASA. This coming from a guy who spent his whole life getting to where he is today, gambling away 10 years to maybe go up with a struggling agency is not attractive.
This guy was probably selling schedule IV & V drugs, which will be your tylenol strength painkillers, weight loss pills and viagras. While illegal, it's not criminal in my mind. Criminal is avoiding taxes, being a health hazard and avoiding the law, all of which this guy did. Years ago I 'marketed' online RX, was on the top page for phentermine & viagra in google/yahoo/MSN and didn't think much of it till suppliers started to have issues. SEO spam doesn't land you in prison but email spam should be criminal...not 30 years criminal however.
