A Chinese company, and a Chinese company that operates in the United States certainly can be held responsible in a US court. Not so long ago a French company was condemned by a US court in California, so, why not a Chinese ?
So, you acknowledge that Global Warming exists, but it's mainly a natural phenomenon. Good. Does that mean that we shouldn't do anything about it, at least for the part that isn't "mainly" ? Or maybe we can't do anything ? What is your solution ? Praying ?
Now, to pretend that Rush and Sean are successful because of their research... Oh my God ! I'm replying to someone who believes Rush and Sean are educated and do research !
We apparently forgot to advise you : our geography course has been updated. As you know, we use Google maps, and Europe isn't constituted of only the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland anymore.
I think the strangest part about the Apple fanboys is that I don't know too many Linux fans, or even Linux freaks, that downright dis Apple PC's or MacOS
Sure, they've got universal healthcare, but they've got massive unemployment problems. Why work if you don't have to, eh?
An interesting question. So we must think that most unemployed Europeans are willingly avoiding any work. One wonders why so many of them go to work everyday. Probably a bunch of suckers.
Where did you find a correlation between universal healthcare and unemployment, other than an ideological one ?
A party name doesn't mean a lot. There wasn't much in common between the USSR Communist Party and the Italian Communist Party for example. And remember that Vicente Fox's party in Mexico is the Partido Revolucionario Institucional, the Institutional Revolutionary Party, proving that a party can live with about any name, even such a fantastic one.
Sometimes I wonder if the words "socialist, communist, liberal", derived and some others shouldn't be prohibited in the USA. Most people haven't any idea of their meaning.
No problems with it either, until I tried the tips given in this very tutorial. Not only didn't they work, but Spotlight stopped working, and I had to re-index the drive !
I'll continue using it like I always have done, and where it shines : simple searches.
And like you I'll wait for some good book about it.
I think you're right, and, before we see all an industry migrate to a new format, we will see a metro2PDF converter. Today, the first thing any firm in print/publishing do when they receive a "universal" word document is convert it to a certified PDF. I don't doubt tomorrow they'll have to convert 96dpi metro documents to 300dpi certified PDF.
And that suit will go nowhere, since Apple has always tried to open a pan-european iTunes store, and it has been made impossible by the variety of laws, rules, contracts ruling the music industry in Europe, notwithstanding the very complex ones at the European "governement" level.
AFAIK, Apple is still willing to open that pan-european music store, but it won't be possible before a standardization of the music industry in Europe.
When they annouced the release for the end of the month I called my retailer to secure a copy. He told me he would have it the following week, and that I could come and see a demonstration, but that he wouldn't sell any copy before the 29, having signed an embargo contract with Apple.
I will have mine in 5 days.
I have no problem marrying a cat with a man. I just want the cat to say clearly "I do" when I aske the question, then take the pen and sign. I don't mind whether she is left-pawed or right-pawed.
Now I'm on my way to marry Koko the gorilla with his teacher...
Given that New-Zealanders already play cricket and soccer, and that they wouldn't want what you call football, playing the real thing (rugby), I would say that the cultural shock wouldn't be so important.
Do you mean you know one country (or more, and US not included) where employees are proud to be part of the firm, treated with respect, payed a decent wage, and yet willing to fraud because it's in their culture, or their works ethics ?
Please. Everybody knows that when someone speaks of an American, it means a US citizen, and when said US citizen says "God bless America", it means "God bless the USA", and not "God bless the USA, Canada and Mexico".
Impossible without opening a bank account in one of those other countries. Have you ever tried to buy in a foreign iTunes store ? You can't.
It's funny that this post has been modded funny !

We don't live on the same planet.
A fan is a fan is a fan
Spreads shit everywhere.
You mean one release every five days ? Wow ! Now that's release often....
You should go back to your history books.

The NSA posted an OS X security guide. The NSA stated that OS X is the most secure of clients OSes, particularly in its default configuration.

Europe as a long way to go yet

Hate the idiots, not the french.
What about Georges Fernandes (former minister), Ivan Dias (archbishop of Mumbai), etc ?

I suppose that's why the USA are famous for their lower criminality, compared to any European country, New-Zealand or Canada ?
