    planting trees is hard, there's money available to plant way more trees than we already are, however finding places to put them and people to do the work is apparently difficult.

    i'd say they have run tests and that the trait is not dominant; this will probably work in the short term. However it is dominant in other species of snakes and given the population density of the snakes i would *guess* it's quite likely that they have a short breeding cycle which would help to encourage it to occur in this species as well, much like a very large portion of rabbits in australia are now resistant to myxomatosis. i mostly hassled you because the guy was probably trying to make a sub-par joke about super-snakes and i wanted to cut them a little slack tho :)

    seems pretty likely to me, a lot of snakes won't eat their prey unless it's moving, this will probably re-enforce that trait.

    it's not like they're buying the code, the only real losses are the Suse name and possibly the coders. plus i think they're pretty keen on the money, from their jumping into bed with MS i'd say they like money, not that there's anything wrong with that, i feel like they just want to keep there company ticking, which at the root of it keeps a shitload of open source devs in a job.

    Conroy has to admit that he's not prepared to do anything to prosecute the creators or help the children being abused in the creation of this material, but really just wants to pretend it doesn't exist.

    they can just jam all the electronics not directly related to viewing or receiving input in a block at the bottom or around the screen, they didn't say anything about height, width or either of those in comparison to viewable area

    Only make sure this is clear *at the start of the course*, also make it clear that you are willing to help out anyone that feels disadvantaged by this. It sounds like you care about your students and i'm sure 98% of them won't have any actual real life physical issues with this, but helping them out either with extra texts or other language exams are your cross to bear i'm afraid. Either that or stop caring :)

    it's pretty much an irrelevant question, if god exists then obviously he designed the system to be "turtles all the way down" ie: even if we discover "where gravity came from" it won't prove or disprove god, it will just raise more questions. actually rereading your question a couple of times i think we're on the same page. god isn't a question of evidence or opinions, it's a question of faith.
