No, I have not RTFA, but - I use twitter every single day but have only posted one tweet. I only follow a few interesting people but I now find it invaluable as a way of keeping track of them. I have stopped using facebook - I realise that I now am more interested in seeing what other people say than publishing my own content, I guess a lot of people are like that.
I came home the other day with a message on my answerphone telling me I had a spam bot or something similar running on my network. I took a look and there it was! I was amazed that they actually bothered to phone me and explain.
Although in england we have CCTV everywhere (including my shop), we also have the right to ask the shop to supply us with a copy of any footage of us. Its all under the data protection act.
Paul.
I have a weird answerphone type thing that sits in the car (one of its supposed uses). You record a message and stick a speaker on the inside of the window.
The speakers says "Tap Here" and you do... a few seconds later your message starts playing out.
I have no idea what possible use it could be, but I am pretty sure if it was used now some little git would smash the window just for fun...
I could never understand why some big company has'nt taken on this before - WTO rules say that you can not put artificial barriers when trading, yet DVD region codes are exactly that.
Its a bit silly also when 99%* of DVD drives can take a 4 digit code just to multiregion them up...
Its lays on the ground loosely, IIRC, its because of the cable laying that they found a mountain range under water... apparently they needed much more cable to get over them than they had anticipated for.

"2/ Average MPG for a 1.6 litre 'family' car. This figure (33.5mpg) has been taken from the RAC and is based on both urban and motorway driving in a loaded car i.e. More than one occupant."
Thats 33.5 average.. be interested to know what it is in the US...
Paul.
I am pretty sure at some point there will be external 'packs' which can hold a litre or more. This would be pretty good of PCs/Laptops which are needed in remote areas where there is no power, you could have an external tank holding a couple of litres, and lasts 6 months..

Yep... until you start getting spam bots searching for your webphone... then you will need a spamphoneassasin type thing.. whole can of worms.

In my Oxford dictionary, it says;
Airplane US:Aeroplane
