Note to self....
Don't ever take a flight that stops over in the US if I've done something that the US might not like, even if it's perfectly legal in my country.
Almost all windows applications use ctrl F then F3.
Except Outlook (F4 to find, no idea what find next is). And Visual SourceSafe (Alt + F3 to find, F3 to find next). These are both Microsoft products ffs, they should be using the same shortcuts that other Microsoft products do.
Yeah, it's a bit worrying really. Perhaps they just figure, if the card has been stolen it'll pop up on the screen, and so any signature checks are redundant.
But if tellers ever get to the point that store clerks do (and I suspect many have) then any old schmoe will be able to take money out of your account. I can't tell you how many times I've had cashiers ring up a sale without ever even looking at either my ID or my signature on the back of the credit card. I've had times where I offered and was refused, as if they didn't want to have anything to do with security checks of any variety as that might bring upon them responsibility or something. I'm not talking about small purchases here either.
An education minister that's taking serious steps to increase the quality of education in his country instead of just throwing money at useless projects? How do we get him appointed to the US cabinet?
The American documentaries are better in terms of number of commercials, overblown narration, and background music etc. In terms of actual informative content, maybe not.
And American documentaries seem to be constantly recapping... are they worried that people watching will have forgotten what they were told 3 minutes ago?
There's also the opposite situation where you lend your couch to a poor traveller in need and the next morning you find the traveller and some of your most treasured possessions gone.
I agree that this sounds like a cool service, but it only takes a few bad apples to really fuck it up.
It may sound strange, but your skills will improve once you stop savescumming. I used to savescum, but wouldn't be able to keep motivated to keep playing. Once I stopped, my playstyle improved and I was able to ascend. When you savescum, there is no need to constantly improve your character, because you can always restart at the last save point.
"To my knowledge the Itunes song is licensed to you, for your use with itunes and Ipods. You arn't buying the song, you're buying a license to use it how they decide you can use it"
Errr... Just checked it then. When I put a CD in the drive it brought up a dialog asking if I wanted to import the songs. You can also select the songs on the CD in iTunes and choose "convert to mp3" from a right click menu.
So they may have removed the big "Rip this" button, but it's still fairly easy to rip MP3s.
ZzzzSleep.
Two player would be a must, not sure how you would control CAT otherwise.
They'd probably do the same thing that they did in the C64 version. You hold down a button, Wizzie keeps firing/moving/doing whatever he was doing before, and the joystick now controls CAT.
Tasmania Police this afternoon confirmed Mr Irwin's American-born wife Terri was travelling in Tasmania, where she is reported to be trekking on Cradle Mountain.
A spokeswoman said police had made contact with Mrs Irwin and "passed on a message relating to the death of her husband".

Just curious, where in .au are you buying gamecube games? Most shops near me (Melbourne) seem to have drastically scaled back their selections.
Already done. It's called Rez

Oh no! I'll never find out what happened in those other episodes of Samurai Pizza Cats now.
*sigh*.
How will I survive?

I'd have to say that Pikmin 2 was an improvement over the original.
I would call Pikmin 2 a "must-own".
So it'd be cheeky cheetah then?
