In the making of DVD they talk about how in the 1950s, the fallout universe split from our own. Which they promptly invoke as a reason why things aren't exactly the same between the real world and their version.
Going down into the Metro and seeing the vaulted ceilings and mezzanine levels was nice though.
That's true, but its only been within the last year and a half or so that cell phones have gotten decent at playing music. Hell, the first phone I bought with a 3.5mm jack was in February. That's why Apple made the iPhone. The iPod is going to hold out for a few more years, but eventually, we'll all have one convergent device. I know people have been predicting it for years, but we're just now (in the US at least) getting phones that do all the convergent stuff semi-well. Another few years and they'll do them well enough to outweigh carrying a second device.
I never played DX2, but there's a line in the first one that the technology is just now hitting the market and is therefore pretty rare. It could be that you just didn't find this stuff.
Yes, in many states one must make an affirmative action prior to the election to be allowed to vote. This is usually a one time process (at least it is in Indiana, one of the states listed in the summary) and only needs repeated if one changes addresses. Its not difficult to get registered, it just takes enough knowledge to go and do so before the deadline.
I believe there's only one state that does not require registration, and some states allow for provisional voting and registration on the same day as the election.
If you didn't like WoW's battlegrounds and/or Arena, probably not. The PvE side of the game is fun, but definitely not the focus. I'd argue that the PvE side of WAR is even more grindy than WoW's since it has a definite end. WAR is really the PvP lover's WoW in a lot of ways.
You charged me exactly what it said in the contract I signed said you would! How dare you.
I would think that in the interests of PR, AT&T might send you a text or something when you go international roaming and pass some threshold of use, just to warn you. But really, if you pay extra to call Canada long distance, don't you think your cell phone/data card would work the same way?
Didn't number 10 screw that rule up? I haven't bothered with seeing it.
Yeah, or at least give the screen a blank stare before running out of Wilson's office.
In fallout's defense, SecuROM is only used for the disc check. There are no other limitations (e.g. # of installs). Also, it is awesome.

It makes you a novice C user. Yeah yeah , I'm picking nits.
eh people are probably just showing up to work and their caffeine hasn't percolated through their blood stream yet.
Not yet, I don't think the merger has completed, but yeah eventually they will be.
$39.99? They'll probably charge the $59.99 that console games have gone to.

you sir, win the internet.
I didn't think the volt was supposed to have a diesel in it? If so, I want one even more.

That said, I think its a blast.
Or there are multiple Big Mistakes
I'd imagine that there's a difference between phones and data cards, slick.

Newegg isn't always the cheapest, but god-damned if they don't just work. And that's worth paying for if you ask me.
Really, every time I think about getting a motorcycle, it fucking RAINS and I'll be god-damned if I'm going to ride around in that.
Sony still makes their own screens. RCA is owned by the Chinese now. I'm pretty sure you're right about GE though.
I know they've done it with the Harry Potter books.
To me, its not worth 6 bucks, you'd spend less than that in gas to pick something up at a store, probably.
Plato wrote down what Socrates said.
But I thought the revolution wasn't going to be televised? How am I supposed to see them?
so there's something wrong with that? you haven't lived until you've killed Lucifron from the crapper man.
