Everything is a sequel or rehash. Right now, it seems like the 80s are making a comeback.
Just look at Hulk Hogan in WWE. Look at toys like Transformers and GI Joe.
There is no need inventing new things because these new things to market, as ideas to market were already invented 20 years ago.
But Vista will be confused. In 2 years, when someone says Vista - they will refer to Windows Vista and not some other tiny company.

You are pretty close, but you are missing a few key features/ideas. Though I do sincerely appreciate your position.
The idea of the dynamic world is close, but not quite ultimate/ideal. (I won't explain why or how)
From my personal experience, the problem with MMORPGs that prevent Role Playing is that no one truly has a role in the outcome of the environment/world. This should be the basis of everything, no matter your "level". If the user cannot affect his surroundings, he/she is not reaching the true objective.
Actually, I don't think this is entirely correct - at least it doesn't seem so from my experience.
I believe AI cheats to some extent. I've literally seen AI cars drive through (matter occupies matter) civilian vehicles. This is most noticeable when you have finished a race and you see the AI cars coming to the finish line - they will drive through any existing vehicles.
Also, I have seen the dramatic swings that syrion mentions. I will sometimes lose up to 10 seconds on a crash to the AI, but when they crash I am lucky to gain 2 seconds - this is particularly true in 1v1 races.
Though I do see some of what you say, especially in 6 player races with the AI. It is very easy to build a large lead, as long as you don't crash. I think there is rubberbanding AI, just that the rubberbanding also works between AI cars. (so maybe AI cheats versus civilian vehicles, but not against other AI cars?)
put him in an element where he needs to develop social skills to succeed.
if he can't, he's obviously not that bright.
all of us geeks know that getting through society is simply the technology of applying cause and effect to relationships with those around you...
i may have my terminology mixed up, but couldn't we place a geostationary turbine (a la hydro power) and generate large amounts of power from the rotation of the earth?
talk about a massive crank...
btw, you completely failed to answer the question.
why does Xbox (really) need one when Sony does not
idiotheh yeah - you are owned =)
Really? A harddrive is needed? Ask Sony what they think about that.
Most companies make games for both and port code between the two - so why is a harddrive needed?

Correct that they will not be confused.

simple - move your task bar to the left side of your screen - confusion removed...
sounds fair to me - a lot more people use google a lot more frequently (and get more value from) than GM or Ford or Boeing
travel is a necessity of the past, and the internet has replaced the need for it
the nyko air flo controllers are the best PC controllers i've used to date...
Don't (take responsibility for it, it will only cost you your sanity)
I thought OJ was the 'Lyin King'

they could at least tell us where it would have hit or has it already been posted?
