Yeah I think that is what killed the original Battlestar Galactica. Everywhere they went, even asteroids, had inhabitants. I still bought the whole set on DVD though ;)

On a related note, anyone ever notice that the only person they said "by your command" to on the first season of the new one was one of the Sharon Clones on Ragnar station?

It was all I talked about during the election trying to counter all the false accusations against Bush...yet I lost my ability to post on here. There was no flaming on my part, only links to facts. So um....it isn't like this is a Republican only thing. This is a "news" site that also kicks out members of the other party.

I'm sure you and I could do it, but the honest truth is most people don't know that much about computers.

Want to save your favorite show? Buy everything that advertises during that timeslot.

Unfortunately I find this humorous on so many levels. Have you paid attention to what they advertise these days? Anti-depression pills, herpes treatment, pills that make you run around on a beach on a horse (wtf does that do anyway?), some $600 air purifier, a bowflex that jerks so bad it hurts, and a bunch of $19.95 revived plastic gimmics from the 60s. That seems to sum up the ads lately.

Lets see...the last thing I remember buying that I saw advertised on TV (not counting food because I eat at those places regardless) was the Battlestar Galactica DVDs (old series and new mini-series). Of course I would have seen those the next trip to the store anyway...

Whatever happened to advertising anyway? There is nothing but crap advertised on tv these days. How about some informative ads of some new DVD technology or something when it comes out?

Sending a ticket of the 2 most left leaning people in history into the mix. That is why they lost even when so many hated Bush for the Iraq situation. The voters for almost 3 decades have tended to vote right-wing. They just can't figure it out. All they needed was someone midstream to win the last election.
