Will the US be charging him for having a device that might not have been illegal in the country where he had it? Surely if its illegal in Cyprus then he should be charged there with having it - not in the US Also he was charged with possession of 28,000 credit cards - does this mean that if he had emailed it to people they could then be charged with possession too?

+1 For anyone who has to type lots of emails it is much faster than touchscreen - and still the main reason why I use BB. Plus BB messenger is quite good too As for the comment above about reliability - BB used to be very reliable, almost indestructable. Then there was a period where there were lots of common failures. My current BB the 9360 has so far been very reliable.

I recently damaged a cover for one of the cushions that you sit on on a couch - I went back to the retailer who was still selling the couch and had it in their showroom. I asked to buy some replacement covers - they replied that replacement covers are not available! I said so if you damage a cushion then you are expected to throw the whole thing away? yes. I asked dont you think thats a real waste of the planets resources - they couldnt care less. I will never shop their again. I have to say I dont like the couch that much but when I replace it I plan on dumping it out the front of the store late at night. now I only buy from stores that can also supply replacement parts - its amazing how many that dont though.
