I have had the exact same experience with my hotmail account a few years ago. I would get almost no spam. This was great for years with that account. Then one day I got a few spam. I tried the "opt out" option and almost moments later I saw multiple spams coming in. I have not tried it with my gmail or any other account for fear that my spam will double.
Go read any book on Native American history. Especially the Sioux as they were the biggest buffalo hunters. Black Elk Speaks describes the rituals in basic terms.
I only got ganked when I didnt know what I was doing. The game is like the old west. Dont go into the wrong town and expect to find friends if the people who live there just want to kill visitors
My mother in law is part of that 2/3 group. She lives in a farming community 30 minutes outside of Spokane Washington.
She uses the internet to check email and do online banking. She rarely web surfs and neither her nor her husband spend very much time on the internet. They currently pay less then $10 a month for the dial-up connection they use. Why should they switch?
I do not see any change in their opinions anytime soon and they are not retired yet so I am sure they will be this way for years to come.
These are the same people that used a 233mhz PC till a year ago when the motherboard finally died
Amen. I do the same 99% of the time. The only exception is with Steam games... I do hate the fact that I have to wait 3 to 5 minutes to launch a game once I boot Windows but Steam has some good and bad parts to it. Either way I wish more games would use something similar and stay out of the way and NOT require the disk in the computer.
I would disagree with WoW not having these problems in the noob areas. When I first played it, during its launch, the undead area was BUGGED in the same ways you say it wasn't. I remember a bat flying around disappearing and then respawning, I couldn't hit it and then it would disappear again. Same thing happened with the wolfs and the zombies. Lots of newbs running around like crazy unable to hit anything. Herbs stuck that could not be picked... sheesh the list goes on and on. The Mage Arcane Missile bug killed the game for me and I stopped playing for over a year. Thats about how long it took Blizzard to get it fixed and me to get interested in playing again.
I remember my friends and I making jokes when we were kids in the early 90's that Viacom ruled the world. Whenever Viacom came up we would always act paranoid and pretend they were listening and watching us at that moment... sad that we were almost right!
I really dread using this software. It never works the way I want it to. The changes it makes on its own or wont let me make are enough to drive me into a Tourette style profanity fueled rant.
All my coworkers know instantly when I am using Word....

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue.

Thank you for the wonderful mental imagery first thing in the morning... I almost lost my coffee fighting the laugh.

I played all the way through Oblivion without any mods and enjoyed every moment of it so speak for yourself. Yes it was the PC version of Oblivion.

my personal experience is that the Apple hardware is far superior and requires less upgrades and that is why the cost is much more. Supply and Demand.
