That a lot of the 'facts' in the beginning aren't really facts?
"One of EA's major strengths is in the management of people and process."
"EA has a very young, energetic workforce."
Don't these sounds more like..Opinions, perhaps?
I for one welcome our new REPETITIVE OVERUSED JOKE overlords! (Please, for the love of god, don't mod my comment up as funny. That's only encouraging them.)
"Fast-paced first posting require a steady hand and great reflexes (or a script), it's generally agreed. But some keyboards and mice just don't seem to fit into your diabolical plan, and sometimes they stick up, making you miss the thrill of pissing everyone off. So AnonymousCoward.net has tried coating keyboards and mice with a layer of human feces - it seems to decrease the likelyhood of first posting (or posting at all), and possibly even increase your karma."
Whenever their broadband line goes down, I'm sure that everyone in the village will ask the local shaman to revive their connection with his medicine bag.
I WILL call you a tinfoil-hat user! What makes you think that only Microsoft would do this to customers (if they even do, which I doubt!) ? Are all other companies exempt from being evil?
Would you really give up a better product because you THINK that MAYBE they might invade your privacy? Besides, wouldn't you think that data being send to Microsoft servers would have been discovered already?
When someone uses P2P on Fastrack or other popular networks, generally the more mainstream a song the more bogus files there are. I can guarantee you that 90% of peers out there serving a popular song will have a bad (Beeps, static, sounds, etc. purposefully scattered through the song) copy.
Back a year or two ago, I remember encountering an mp3 file being served by over 1500 sources on FastTrack, and it was screwed up beyond belief.
"... but if a Hafnium bomb could be built, it is thought that a golf ball sized chunk could produce the energy equivalent of 10 tons of conventional explosives."
I guess when someone yells "Fore!", you'll have to be even more careful now.
So this is what Slashdot has come to? +5 Funny for pointing out spelling mistakes? (Yes, I know. Mod me down for offtopic, but I'm pointing out something here!)
"The electrolyser has a capacity of 0.54cu.m per hour"
What are the chances that someone is going to make a joke about this? (If you don't get it, you're not looking hard enough or you don't have a dirty enough mind)
If the photo is taken and the data on the server isn't updated very frequently, couldn't items like cars and other movable objects interfere with the location calculation, as it bases it highly off of the details of the location?
In the future, the quip "It has everything except the kitchen sink" will become obsolete because everyone will have one on their cell phone.

Since the new ones are the same price, Sony has finally convinced me to get a PStwo. Yes, I still don't have a PS2.

Oh no, not another overused joke!
But remember, pimps are usually called "Daddy" by his "Girls". The plot thickens..
Generally that's what happens in games. =P
What about the Conjugal visits?
What, you people can't spot a joke when you see it? Do I have to add a little smiley or [THAT WAS A JOKE] tag at the end?

They talk about the next generation having 'Cinematic Graphics'. Isn't that what THIS generation of graphics cards claimed to have?
