When that happens and we see the shit in the fan won't people (in the US) kick off because of other internet users around the world not being under these new rules. Plus wouldn't it for the moment also create a 3 tier system? 2 for the US and the original one for the rest of the world?

One guy I knew via ebay who I had traded with before (over the collectable card game) actually stole my whole set of cards, I sent them down and I never got the money which was a large sum. Then my windows machine at the time crashed and I lost his details and could never take him to the small claims court. Fucker never paid me. My message of hope is that he dies the best way a trekkie could.

When I read that Apple didn't discuss the patents Creative is infringing on, I thought why should they? Like any sane thing to do is show all the cards you're playing with.
I've heard of KOBOL, its some ancient planet where mankind supposedly came from before their fall from grace with the gods, on KOBOL they lived with them but after their fall they decided to leave in 12 tribes from KOBOL for 12 planets which later became the "12 Colonies of Mankind". There was also supposed to be a 13th tribe which came here and settled on earth.
Anyway, I'm going off the point there, KOBOL in the end was left deserted and the gods buggered off at some point as well. There is a series being shown on the Sci-Fi channel at the moment covering these events with a another series next year coming out (a prequel of sorts). Whether that explains anything else with regard to KOBOL I'm not to sure but it might help with your initial question anyway.
I go to YouTube once or Twice a week, I'd go more often if I could download individual clips from the site rather than play it in my browser. I want to keep them on a longer term basis rather than keep downloading something over and over again if and when friends come round wanting to watch something.

Do you see what a little competition can do for a market? Everybody expected AMD to die years ago until they got to 1Ghz before Intel and now they are around the 20% mark for marketshare. Intel has responded by bringing out a load of new technologies and have IMO been dropping prices on products far more regularly.
Parent is right in his statement, those specs are crap. Battery life being the most boring of all, I don't see any improvement over any current phone. The camera doesn't excite me either, even with the named lens. Big deal.
When the likes of NTL, Telewest actually get down with laying more cable we might join them, trouble is their UK coverage is pathetic and BT is in no hurry to do anything of the sort with what you are suggesting.
