Drug cartels can haul large amounts of drugs with trucks at high speed over motorways. Therefore motorways are to blame for drug addiction and should be banned.
Still, you need *something* to show the VCs to attract them. Preferably something more interactive than PowerPoint presentation. So... Python for the rescue!
Oh, then you're screwed. Because the laws of physics prevent the existence of level 5. If the management ever introduced level 5, because there are employees at level 4 who deserve a promotion, that would make the universe to collapse!
What defines senior project lead? What defines project manager, senior system architect, division manager etc?
Simply, at current stage, promotion path means you lead 'line' position and must enter 'management' position at certain stage. The levels could map requirements for current promotion path 1:1, simply whenever you're up for a promotion, you just get to choose if you want to enter a management position, or a parallel 'line' position.
Might do - especially nanotechnology. If you need to fit 300 loops of wire and you have 2 cubic millimeters of space, things get tricky, Or if you need the device to have reconfigurable magnetic field orientation; instead of mounting the magnet on a rotary disk, use this thing and just "reconfigure" it whenever need arises.

I don't. As soon as a study starts showing "no specific bias" or "the group gets more abuse" the research is defunded, mothballed or otherwise buried. In current social sciences the only way to get published is to start with an alarmist hypothesis (misogyny, racism etc) and then trim the sample group until the data fits the hypothesis. In this case the entire male portion of the data was cut off to keep the study publishable.

Tumblr some time ago provided a switch that would allow blog owners to set their blogs as explicit or exclude them from search results (the latter toggled on automatically if you activate the former, although if you wanted to remove your SFW blog from search you could do so).
I still wonder how viable is beamed power for terrestrial use. A good ground-based MASER (like laser only in microwave spectrum). A microwave-to-electricity converter on the plane. These things are light and dead simple. While it would reduce range and work conditions (fog etc) it could make for some quite useful patrol drones etc - ones that can stay in the air for a very, very long time patrolling within several kilometers around the MASER - and do so completely silently. Give them a small battery to support the avionics for a couple minutes so that they could glide down land autonomously if power is lost. And that fog problem - in these conditions the usability of a patrol aircraft is very reduced anyway so no biggie. I bet scanning the area around an aircraft carrier for presence of submarines, or just patrolling around a military base constantly would be a viable application.
Then Google Shopping would need to balance the value of the promotion against cost of the space and decide if it's worth the expense. A serious business decision. The money's not getting back to them unless they can make them back in increased sales. Can they? Is their site's offer strong enough the spot will be worth paying more than competitors are willing to pay? Managers lose jobs for decisions like that: ad expense higher than ad returns.
Currently the space can be taken by manager's fiat: "We bid a billion dollar which goes right back to our pockets, and you can piss off." The only cost is the lost opportunity cost - and that's not something managers need to worry about. You don't lose the job over dubious missed opportunities; over risks you've not taken. Even if the spot sold to someone could have generated more revenue than it does being held by Google Shopping, the revenue keeps coming - plus competition is held at bay.

In theory, if you have a set of transistors connected with no-resistance wires, you can send program to the bits & have the CPU prrocess your data without you worrying about what their individual states are & then capture their completed output.
In reality, how do you connect enough transistors to be useful? How do you prevent EMI noise or correct errors from the noise in wires? How do you ensure your transistors are correctly connected? How do you accurately write the program to the memory? How do you run the program without generating more EMI noise? How do you extract the output without generating more noise? And ultimately, how are you going to ensure that you are powering several million transistors and maintaining voltages and currents perfectly in the first place, much less correcting for errors in processing them?
Let's not mention that accident.

Nobody. The acronym sucks.
Would it put you in a position where you can write something that can be sold as AI though?
Python gets the work done. I'd like to see a household appliance running on Prolog though.

Plenty of games censor **offensive words** in the chatboxes.
So now the phrase 'white man' is offensive?
You mean there was a heck'a lot of black females with amputations and prosthesis fighting in WWII on the front lines?
Any historical reference?

Recently they disabled the ability to deactivate these toggles - once you opt out of search or mark your blog as 'explicit', it's permanent, the toggles grayed out. That is, unless you edit the HTML source (e.g. through built in dev tools of Firefox or Chrome) and remove the relevant 'disabled'. Submit the changes and your blog is SFW again.
The word is 'doublethink'.

Are you asking what's wrong if your search results are ordered by "paid most to Google" instead of relevancy?
...sorting them not by relevancy but by how much they paid Google.
So much for "the most relevant, not the most fair".
