This happened to our company numrous times. We use a variety of advertising agencies like comission junction, doubleclick.com, etc... We basically don't really know what they're doing most of the time, we just give them a tracking code and a URL to lead customers and calculate how many leads per $$$ they generate.
Alot of the times, many of these sites like Comission Junction, just empowers members to post our links whereever. They just take our links, add their tracking code and URL to it, and give them to their members to include on their website. These members sometimes will result in dubious behavior to generate hits, and will often use ways to force the links on you. I'm sure you probably see those "Free" something that tell you to click on a dozen link before they send you the free iPod or something, then afterwards, find some trick to get out of sending you that iPod. Others sometimes use adware and other malicous software methods.
Sometimes we see certain agencies generate such good results, we give them even more money. We don't realize they're doing wrong until we start getting complaints. I've witness things such as our ads being included in adware (like Gator), porn sites, spam mail, chat bots, etc...
It's really hard to hard to control the means our ads get distributed using 3rd party agencies. But we're sort of forced to rely on them since we're a small company with little know how in advertising. It's much easier to pay other people do the work and focus on developing a good product.
I think it's a great idea for motorcylists. I like to go crusing alot. I can give one of these to my biker babe sitting in the back so she can film the rest of the posse without worrying about losing an expensive camcorder.
Since Sirrus has lots of Satallite Radio channels. Maybe Apple can sell Podcasts of Sirrus radio channels to iTunes 4.9 users.
Not quite satallite radio, but a neat way of delievering quality content to iPods.
This way people could copy yesterday's episode of Howard Stern to their iPod, and listen to it inside an underground bunker with no outside communication.
I don't think it's too soon. Especially since the PS3 has unknown real performance stats and a extremely powerful (theoretically) processor.
Does Microsoft think they can beat the PS3 in stats in the future? That is a big unknown, but they do know they can definately beat the PS2 hands down by a huge margin now.
By coming out a year earlier, they can attract some game developers to their side. As we know, it'll be the quality of the games that will ultimately decide the outcome.
Microsoft Office got as popular as it is today by being a great progam. It's the 1 program I use both on my PC and on my MAC. The people at Microsoft put in the time and resources and market research and came up with a produce that is easy to use in most cases.
My impression is open office is an attempt to create a free alternative. Personally I think if you like how Microsoft Office works, use it. Part of the money will go back into market research and go into developing new features for the next Office (which openoffice will try to copy). If everyone switched to Open Office, then development of office software will stagnate since no research dollars are being spent.
So true, and with the rate Apple is releasing major OS impovements, we can expect 'Lion' a year and a 1/2 later, and by the time Longhorn comes out, mac users will probably be upgrading to Ligers at that time.
If something need redoing, it's episones I and III. Don't need any fancy sounds or 3D effect, just redo the damn movies to get rid of Jar Jar Binks, and add something called a plot to the damn story.
1 hour of Pod racing.. I'd rather watch Nascar if I wanted to watch racing. (or Tron)
Here are some cool things I think can be done with RFID student tracking.
1) If a student was absent from class, automatically email the student the homework assignments for the day.
2) Log times when students enter and exit bathrooms, and share that data with the smoke alarm. Identify which students are potential druggies or smokers.
3) Add RFID scanners to the broom closets, and give teachers RFID badges too, to identify which teacher/students are performing fellatio
4) Use RFID to keep track of room usages for marketing purposes. For example, school clubs are generally hosted in various class rooms. Identifying popular club could lead to better ideas in fundraising events that students would be interested in.
At least the motion detection will allow you to simulate jerking off.
Maybe the Revolution might not be just for kids.
Of for an even gayer application. Think about what the next Harry Potter game will play like.
You can setup a proxy server which will intercept http: traffic and insert ad banners into the web pages it serves.
Need a image projector to project an augmented reality light wall for you to see so you can avoid crashing into them.
It wouldn't be a fast game if they players have to keep peeking inside their backpacks to avoid crashing.

I suggest writing them down then, locking then lock them in the safe, then lock the key in a safety deposit box.
It's not writing them down is insecure by it self. It's just your office isn't secure.

Ahh.. the Mac Zelot's wet dream.
I'm sure someone out there is busting a nut over their creamy white mac mini.
Maybe I can get a matrix effect view of every thrust, blowjob, and anal.
If the Europeans don't want to do the work, let's move those offices back to America. I'm sure tons of Americans could sure use the work. =)
/w unemployed workers that could use the job without the need to hide behind sissy unions.
There's also a large list of other countries
Not only do we get to see the movie in HD, we can see the filming of the movie also in HD, and from different camera angles.
Just think, we can have more blooper minutes than actual movie minutes.
And George Lucas can remake the entire Star Wars series in HD and fit it onto 1 disc, with tons of extras.
... But just a bunch of guy surfing porn sites on company time.

My 2 cents.

And we all know Ligers rule!
Re:How else would a starving artist afford music?
(I meant to say starving, funny what a difference a 'v' makes)
How else would a staring artist afford music?
=)
Why, Jesus had 3D technology

The shroud has a 3D imprint of Jesus's body.

I think I'll start a cell phone music service.
All you do is call a number, and it puts you on hold. Instant music phone for any cell phone out there.

While I'm at it.
I'll place the Mini into a Cube. =)
A bit off topic..
But I keep wondering if it pronounced
1) Dee-mon
2) Dae-mon
or some other variation.
The next step is to install linux on it.
Of course I have no idea what one can do with a linux iPod shuffle.
That's what the sleep Button is for.
I use it pretty often on my Mac. For some reason, on my parents PC it doesn't seem to work reliably as they do on their PC laptops.
