as in, trust yours, it provides the best results... yes i know this is an over simplification of what he writes in the book but its closer to than farther from the truth...
i bought and read "The Tipping Point" His first book...and stopped after the first couple of chapters...
that white earphone thing getting mugged was an urban myth...

oh and the ipod phones may suck to you but obviously not everyone has your pro level ears... they seem just fine to me...and the vast majority of the 10 million ipod owners out there...
I think its important to point out that size is lower on the list of reasons why the mini has been selling like hot cakes to all users (mac and pc)
For the simple fact that had the mini been 6x6 inches or 66x66 inches, the mini does not get infected with ad-ware spyware etc...
I think we are at a point in history, when a large number of people are finnaly just "getting sick" of dealing with windows... its almost that some have forgotten that they bought a computer to DO stuff with it NOT maintain it....
currently, support of windows is spiraling out of control..hatred of its inefficiencies is at an all time high.
people (especially that have bought ipods) are now realizing there is a better way. a way that simply let's them DO the things they really want to do with a computer...
You mean sega has the hottest mp3, player,the best OS, kick ass desktops, the best online music store, and just last week released a (already) best selling $499, easy to use, non adware and spyware choking, computer?
Stick to playing games instead of commenting on them...
The people of the great state of california recently passed a proposition to fund research for this, which may in fact result in a new wave of cures, and fortunes...
Oh and if red states have a problem with the us working with fetal stem cells, then they can choose NOT use the cures and solutions that will come out of this....

in general i agree with you but itunes (which would be the central tool used here) is best of class and of breed when it comes to MP3..
exceptions would be ogg vorbis or other things like that 99% of people do not care about...

wow. after reading scoble open letter about the ipod, i now think even less of him. AND i wasn't sure that was EVEN possible....
its interesting because Microsoft makes the software for all of the ipod's competitors...
