  1. I don't see the problem on Malls In California Are Sending License Plate Information To ICE (theweek.com) · · Score: -1

I don't know how it is in the people's socialist republic of California, but the state where I live, has this in the drivers guide, which you are suppose to use, to obtain a state issued drivers license. "Driving in the state of Missouri, is a privilege, granted by the department of Revenue, and comes with the following restrictions..." It's not a RIGHT, but a privilege, and has restrictions. You are IN PUBLIC and have no "right" of privacy. You are not a "sovereign" citizen like some of these lDIOTS are when they get pulled over by police. Plus, unless you came here LEGALLY, you are NOT an immigrant, you are an ILLEGAL ALIEN and should be stopped, arrested and deported. But, in the people's socialist republic of California, there are NO laws.

A rectangular slab of glass, metal and plastic, with a camera, memory, processor. To put lipstick on a pig, they gimmick them up with pop up cameras, multiple cameras and "exciting" colors, in hopes to keep jacking the price up.

  7. Another attempt overthrow "Americanism" on How Much Americans Could Save by Ridesharing Driverless Cars Over Owning · · Score: 1

Car define certain people. Sports cars, 4x4, etc. By making all cars look and act the same, then, tell people to ride share instead of owning one, you continue to chip away why America is unique to the rest of the world. Another way to destroy it from within. Make America, like every other flippin' European country. Cars are always being made to look "more European". Hey, get a grip! We flippin' left that hell hole for a reason. Maybe in large cities this would be good, but some of us out here in flyover country actually ENJOY getting behind the wheel of a car and taking it for a spin!

  8. Overthrow the Chinese government, toss them out on their ears. Oh wait! It's a COMMUNIST dicatorship...that means the people have NO WAY to overthrow that kind of government. Oh well, so sorry.

  9. No only no, but hell no! But, eventually, this will "catch on" and city, county, state, & federal governments will see it as another "mandate" for OUR benefit. More intrusion, monitoring, tickets and what not.

  10. Serves em right. If you are STUPID enough to give ANYONE your DNA, you are STUPID! With the data mining of PC's, smartphones, websites and what not, you'd have to be a complete moron to think someone wouldn't data mine DNA to solve an old cold case.

  21. Nope, not me on 'Digital Key' Standard Uses Your Phone To Unlock Your Car (engadget.com) · · Score: 1

Sorry, I'm not one to "embrace" the tech, just because it is there. I'll stick with a good old fashioned KEY that you have to insert & turn to start the car. Yeah, a thief could rip the column/key lock off your car and use a screw driver to start your vehicle, but the LOOK of a screwdriver sticking out of the cylinder will raise eyebrows. Software can be hacked and I've seen a couple cases where keyfobs have been hacked, giving access to the vehicle and starting it. You want that high tech, fine, no problem, but at least give me the OPTION of keeping the old school tech. It's another reason why I still prefer MANUAL transmission (and yes, I live in a city). Also, manual transmissions are somewhat of a new fangled anti-theft device. I've noticed a few criminals have been stopped because they can't use a clutch transmission LOL.
