As for the whole CyberCommand thing, it is 95% public relations stunts at this point.
For every "CyberWarrior" there are literally dozens of "AircraftMaintenanceWarriors" and "SupplyWarriors" getting similarly important jobs done on a daily basis without flashy PR and press releases.
