...and player death ("..a serious issue in real life, and cause for continued debate among players, who often direct unanswerable questions on the subject to the game's developers.")
And just like any regular game developer, you never get an answer from them.
They will expect all the cash that Napster 2 might make to go to them and have all the other p2p networks follow suit or the RIAA will keep pestering them till they do...
Reminds me of that rich kid in school who used to pick on kids for money (even though he had plenty for lunch)... Let's just say the RIAA will be going in the way of this kid: One day, all the other kids (p2p users in this case) got together gave him a swirley, and made him walk home in his tighty whiteys... No one was suspended because then they would have to throw out the whole school. In the end we all just had to write "I will not fight in school" 100 times which was well worth it. Ahhh the meories...
Show them that the proof is in the pudding... Give them an explanation of why you did things the Q&D way and how your decision brought in money for the company. If they still complain, then do the Q&D but make it look C&P... Tricky I know, but an "attempt" at C&P justifies your actions, works for me anyway;)
I'm using an old AOpen MX3L mobo that can only handle up to 600 mhz (currently using a 366 mhz I OC'ed to 548 mhz at the moment)... It has on-board sound, it's ok I guess but it lacks one thing, upgradability... If you want better sound, you need to disable the on-board and use up a PCI slot (not so bad I guess). What stinks about the on-board though is that it can't handle twin output simultaneously (WAV sound effects at same time as MP3 playback) like all my friends have... Oh well, sue me for being stuck on the oldies:)
I'm sure the kids won't get into the software and use this for pr0n, chat, and Internet usage... Lucky bastards...

How about we use this idea for certain roads where Point A and Point B are 400 miles away...
Example:
Drive your car onto Interstate 95 where a rubber coated ramp picks up the car. There would be 3 lanes... Left would be fastest, if you knew that you would be on the road for a while... Middle for those that don't need to go to far (one city to another)... Right is slowest for those who would be getting off soon and transferring onto an exit conveyor where the speed would gradually reduce to normal commuting speed (30 mph?). Obviously you would need a way to control the cars from speeding down these ramps and transferring between lanes, but this is a work in progress;)

Either these companies are very smart or very stupid, I personally would have bought this game in store for a max of $50 which I'm sure other people would have as well and therefore increase revenue for the companies, but the fact that they are giving it away will really get the word out on them as well and give them the image of a "gamers gaming company" so when they will charge players for thier next big hit, people will remember the name and buy in (I know I would). Either way, Kudos to them for having the guts to give it away and make many MANY gamers very happy:)
What it comes down to isn't which one is more powerful, but which one can become the most powerful... In this case I would take nVidia since a few registry mods will open up an overclocking menu in the video properties...

Funny, I used to sell cell phones for T-Mobile, Nextel, and AT&T... The plan you have is called the Get More Plan and if you wanted, you can call 611 from your cell phone and ask them to change your area code and prefix to whatever you want, with Tmobile it's free to do that (AT&T charges $25 for "vanity numbers").
I moved 6 months ago from one house to another and informed Verizon to change my number and consequently terminate my old number, since then my old number has a bill being sent to my new house that keeps adding on and is now up to $350. I called Verizon about it and told them there is no line for that number anymore and never existed in my new residence in the first place, the nasty jerk on the other side said that maybe I requested a second line to add on and if what I was saying is true then there couldnt be a bill because in order to get a bill you have to be using your line (total BS by the way), I told this guy to check when the last time I made a call on that number was, sure enough he told me it was 6 months ago and the last call was to Verizon TS, I asked if there were any notices filed for termination on the date of that call.... About 5 minutes of pause later he told me a supervisor would be in contact shortly.... that was 3 days ago!
Not only due I wear a badge, I drive the RMP's and am part of the ESU squad (think, mini swat team). So yes that is me and I'm damn proud of it! The difference from me and another cop that isn't auxiliary is that they get paid for it (though they do ALOT for us so I am not one to talk)

Hasn't anyone heard of Sony's CRX200E DDR recorder? It burns up to 1.3 GB per disc... Hell I have one!

Why not just use champagne as ink toner? That way it doesn't matter whats written on the page, the reader always puts it down with a smile.

I wonder what GimpPrint would think of being forced to print or not print certain documents based on their contents.
Don't worry about it, I'm sure GimpPrint will pick up on the "Evil Node" all on its own.

No ones ever heard of Air Hogs?? Screw cars.... Jets R0X0R!

By that of course they mean viewing a pic of Pam Anderson from all sides...

'and multiple police agencies conducting simultaneous wiretaps must not learn of one another'
Because if they did then all they would do all day is send data to each other through the router about what doughnut, gun, and police force is best...
The funny thing is... I'm an army reserve and Auxiliary Police Officer which means I can make fun of myself!
