  1. This isnt about games... on Video Games Make People Fat and Mean · · Score: 2, Insightful

Games dont make people fat, the people who play them for hours upon end are responsible (or irresponsible, depending on your point of view). I dont think a game ever held me at gun point to play, and make me order McDonald's, not play sports with friends, just so I could get that Sword of Brilliance in EQ. People need to be more resonsible in their habits, its not the games, because we all know they actually make us trained killers (sarcasm).

  2. Re:Old games were hard to make them last longer on Are Modern Games Too Easy? · · Score: 1

This is so true. The old games, you actually felt like something was accomplished when you finished them, after weeks or months of agaonizing pain of getting past a boss, or level. The past 8 years or so, with the advent of the internet, cheats are all over the place, and once one gets fustrated they load up www.gamefaqs.com or other like site. Also a lot of games today are more about the eye candy, than replayability/difficulty. The only real difficulty today is learning how to deal with a million buttons on the controllers!

  5. I loved boxed games on Buying Boxed Games - Important To The Gaming Experience? · · Score: 1

Back in my Atari/Coleco days, many joys were had at looking at all the boxes of games at Toys R Us. There they had slips of what the box front and back covers were... was like a dream with wall to wall games which were organized, unlike today's places such as EB where games are just tossed all over. Paying for a slip of paper sucked at Toys R Us at the counter, until you walked 10 more feet to the game pick up window!

That is also a great idea. Cleaning up space junk should be a priority too, as there is too much up there already! Chances are, most can be recycled. As for the law issue, who knows, a new law field now will probably be formed. And that is the last thing we need, lawyers in space!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel the same way.. The ISS seems like a waste of money to do experiments on low gravity on humans, or other animals/insects. Its there to let countries partake in space endeavors I suppose. By having the Hubbell close by, it does add a concrete reason to have the ISS up at all.

But at least you dont really need a memory card with the Xbox. Sure it is nice to have (I dont have a memory card and have had my Xbox since almost day 1), but it isnt a big necessity unless you are downloading a lot with Xbox Live. Also since Sony is dominating the market currently in such force, does it matter who is in 2nd/3rd? Both are very far behind at this point in the game.
