Agreed. When I visited America, I went into McDonalds, decided what I wanted and got the correct change ready for when it came to be my turn to be served. Lo, I had in fact the completely wrong amount of change ready that they asked for. It must be really awful for you Americans shopping, or do you all automatically add 15% (or whatever it is) in your head to any dollar numbers that you see in the supermarket?

This whole "trust" nonsense is a thinly veiled attempt at shifting some of the security-onus from the OS to the hardware with the blessing of Microsoft along with the side "benefit" of Digital Rights Management.

If this keeps up, the meaning of the word 'trust' is going to change, more so than 'gay' has.

If you need XP to view the site, then you already have XP, and there's not much chance of any potential revenue being gained from the sale of a PC with XP on it. Seems to me if they want potential revenue from the sale of a PC with XP on it, they'd better make the site work on 'competitor's' machines.

As you get older your priorities change. You start to see the world in a different light. At the moment I'm "between jobs". You'd think I'd have plenty of time to play the games that I want to. I have, but I don't. I don't because I feel it's more important to spend that precious time on gaining the skills needed to get another job. Only then will I have real time to play games. Oh, the ignorance of youth.
