    I'm not sure. But, I recall the purpose of hair is to act as an insulator trapping heat. Because of the increase in blood flow to the brain, the body needs to keep it warm (and the rest of the body) in cold climates.

    Forget LEDs, I want high performance memory in ECC (unbuffered). That way, I can over clock the memory untill bit errors are detected, then back up on the over clocking. It would sure beat the hell out of tweaking untill you BSOD.

    If I recall, WinCE wasn't stored on the actual Dreamcast system itself. The CE logo just ment that WinCE was anounced as the default development platform to use. So if the Dreamcast was loading a game built around CE, it was from the actual game disk that contained the kernel and everything else for that game too.

    Your better off using an array of lasers to messure any amount of warping (maybe LEDs could do the trick). Of course, you may not be able to messure in between platters, only the first and last one.

    At Dell, they are always watching you. That is, they use SMS management installed on all Win9x (2K and XP as well) to take snapshot photos of all desktop PCs. In fact, I had at least 5 known shots taken of mine while working (you can tell when the screen refreshes). A co-worker I know says that they will once in awhile have one or two people in IT dedidicated to surveillance. If you get cought with questionable content displayed, your manager will be notified. Of course, the key word is "questionable" because browsing CNN.com is frowned apon as lost productivity.

But if you spray an ultra fine powder of iron in a humid inviroment, chances are great that it will be rust by the time it lands on the ground. In fact, all you have to do is look at your own blood. It turns red the moment the hemogobin reacts with oxygen...which is made up if trace amounts of iron.

    There *might* be an after market fuelcell as a replacement for the normal battery pak in some Dell and IBM laptop models. But, I wouldn't hold my breath.

    Why not just wardrive around town, find an open network, then launch the virus. There is NO WAY you can get cought. Just wipe your drives with 0s five or more times, and nuke the wireless NIC you used (because of the traceable MAC address as evidence. It's not that hard. And if you do get cought, it's because you opened up your big fat flapping jaw for bragging rights.

    That's the idea. In fact, I would say that nano-technology will be nothing more the DNA programmed manufacturing through the use of cellular life. Imagine for a moment... rather then compiling your source code of engineering into binary bits, you compile the source into DNA strands that instruct the cells to produce the compounds and materials you wish to manufacture.

    I agree. I hope that after 1.10 gets officially implemented to the relm, that all of those duped/hacked items get purged from the databases. As for those that have such items already, I say tough shit! If one day you log on to find some of your items missing, that's your problem. Players need to be more aware of who the trade with when dealing for items.

    The moment you log into Diablo 2, you will see IRC BOTs posting advertisments in the local chat rooms about purchasing items online. One such site called www.godlyitems.com sells everything you could want. Though, I hear they use player bots to kill, hord, and dump. Then they harvest the booty and sell it on e-bay.
