The only music I have purchased in the past couple of years have been from artist's websites. The money goes straight to the artist. And I typically don't just purchase one or two songs. I'll pick up entire albums or the entire collection to date. This is music that the artist had available for free download & I heard through illicit on-line radio stations.
The RIAA & their pricing levels conditioned me not to buy music growing up. For the most part, I just used radio or did without.
Instead of spending the enormous dollars it takes to explore other planets*, wouldn't it be cheaper to: 1. Send up a unit to slow down some of these meteors, 2. Pick them up in orbit 3. Deliver them to the Space Station for scientific research 4. Maybe even package them for a soft landing for ground based researchers to examine 5. ???? 6. Profit!!!
With all the talk about panspermia, what better way to explore this possibility? Otherwise we are left with the burnt out husks of what has hit the earth.
This very well may be the cheapest easiest way to explore space. From our couch!
* I still think we should try to explore other planets, but this presents a great value.

I typically set my background to black anyway.
That article was so dull I contemplated ending my own life. Luckily I found that little red X at the top right hand of my screen & saved myself.
They will go up in smoke along with the rest of your house.

I'm holding out for FLAC. Then we'll talk.

Why do I need special downloader software from Amazon.com? Can't I just pay for it & then download the song or album?
