That whole idea of pursuing individual employess of a company, including the CEO, is that is in addition to fines and possible break up of the company. So as always prosecutions start down low, further investigation and access to greater evidence pushes the prosecutions higher up within the company. Obviously the goal should be to prosecute the senior executives and the board as they are either incompetent in managing a company which is out of control or they are colluding in the high risk management of the company. So will the lower downs take the brunt of the prosecution or will they seek to minimise their penalties and pass the buck up the line. Now how about Halliburton and Transocean and their executives.

The Palestinian problem is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1948_Palestinian_exodus. Simply put Muslims evacuated war zones during the conflict between Jewish Palestinians reinforced with European migrants and the neighbouring Arabic countries. After the conflict was over. Muslim Palestinians who fled the war zone were not allowed to return.

So the Jewish Palestinians and the European immigrants found all these empty properties, homes, businesses, apartments and decided, well you just can't leave them empty and the original owners have all just 'er' disappeared, so let's create a law and give them to the immigrants, ohh look, complete with furnishings and appliances. Those disappeared people of course were stranded at the border and specifically banned from returning.

Hence the state created from theft, Israel and sixty years of conflict, with the Israelis continuing to try to steal the rest of Palestine. The mind boggling double speak of US politicians claiming Palestine is not real while Israel is, well, money can pay for anything to come out of a US politicians mouth.

Basically religious and ethnic apartheid to deny people the opportunity to recover their property and govern the whole of their country. Now the bullshit theft was accepted by the west not because of religion but solely because of the cold war. The pirate state of Israel was pro west and the surrounding Arabic states were pro-soviet union. The only reason the US continues to blindly support the Pirate state of Israel is because of an advanced Israeli Mossad intelligence operation that has corrupted US politics in their favour via campaign contributions and a political attack and propaganda campaign run out of AIPAC http://www.aipac.org/. Which of course leaves the US looking like idiots with Israel running a self funding intelligence operation that extracts billions out of the US treasury for absolutely nothing in return but getting sucked into fighting Israel's wars for it and spending billions even trillions more.

Now the Pirate State of Israel has lost support in most of the rest of the west because their intelligence campaign was largely targeted at the US and as such has pretty much collapsed elsewhere. The US was also the last country to have apartheid South Africa hanging around their neck largely again because of the flow of campaign dollars.

At one stage they were going to offer the new top level domain names to the existing top level domain names holders but it all started to smell too much like extortion ie buy the name 200 fucking more times or we will sell it to your competition. 8. Re:Why so full? on This Is What Happens When You Deep Fry a Frozen Turkey · · Score: 2

Obviously you don't do much cooking. Frozen products are often covered with a layer of ice from a couple of sources. Major source, warm bird as it is getting frozen, the freezer is a very dry environment drawing moisture from inside the warm meat to the surface where it freezes. Next the movement from the freezer to the fryer takes time and frozen meat will condense moisture from the atmosphere and freeze on it's surface. So upon first insertion you have free water to react with the oil. Specifically water is denser than oil, drops to the bottom of the cooking container where it displaces the oil on the heated surface and vaporises expanding greatly, creating bubbles of steam which rush to the surface.

Easy solution stick frozen bird in cold oil and the turn the temp up, do not overfill cooking container, put bird in butt first so heated oil can more readily enter the body cavity.

Even software distribution companies can get in on the act and create an environment where they are not having to pay extortion to another party in order to do business.

It is all about shaking out those billions from M$ and releasing it to a whole bunch of companies, manufacturers, software producers and net entities in order to improve their bottom line and give them greater control. So for Valve, it's not so much a game console but being able to distribute games across a 'ALL' available platforms, phone, tablet, smartbook, PC and Big Screen Display. For the end user buy one game and use it across all your platforms via Steam or the other game distributors will become very desirable and avoiding a pointless 30% M$ extortion fee for nothing, even after having to pay for their bloody software, will mean more money for actual hardware and software creators.
