If I was a scientist working on a probe to Europa, the least of my worries would be a backlash from environmentalists afraid that I contaminate that moon.
I'd be much more worried about people lobbying to stop me from launching at all, a la Cassini probe. Remember all that fuss?
true true
but we did not know for sure what the game remake would be like...
the one thing that worries me a bit is when the article mentions how the new Pirates feels episodic.
GTA3 and Vice City certainly had some progression from point A to B with the core missions, but you could continue to play with it after you'd done all the missions.
For Pirates it looks like when you reach the end of the line, you're old and ready to retire.
well, something different than with a name like "anonymous coward".
Wormhole Fiend is the nic I used when I played Subspace, due to my habit of orbiting the wormhole and putting a high number of bombs in orbit around it, mostly in Chaos Zone.
Since most people there call me "Wormy" for short, that's what I use now. -
I've seen ephedra as an ingredient in another somewhat "major" TCM remedy.
Dit Da Jow (also sometimes called 'hit fall wine' in English)
there's a bunch of other herbs as well mixed in alcohol, meant to be applied and rubbed externally on bruises, ligaments, sprains, over broken bones, etc. to help them heal quicker.
recipes vary greatly from one herbalist to the next though.
I've used it to treat a partially torn plantar fascia, apparently a common tennis injury. A good number of internet sources say that even the smallest tear of the plantar fasciae can take a minimum of 6 months to heal properly.
I rubbed dit da jow 3-4 times a day on the black & purple swelling, and within a month there was no trace or feeling left of injury, and I was able to resume my sport activities in full.
etymology to the rescue

if future game consoles were laptop-like, but not as expensive as a real laptop computer.
take them anywhere, play anywhere, as long as the battery lasts, or plug it into the car lighter, etc.
sure there are accessories that can do that, but it would be better if consoles were sold already portable, with a 15"+ lcd screen.

It was very useful at first for navigating your ship around... but I remember playing the game so much back then that I had memorized the whole thing.
