    Do you think that by opening an account outside the US will stop the NSA ? If the traffic originates from the US the NSA will capture it. Very likely they are in cahoots with serveral other governments ensuring that international traffic is captured as well...*cough* Australia, *cough* GB

    OH NO, we can't have that. The publisher is sure to complain that it is piracy. It is OK for the source to complain about being ripped off, but god forbid the end user complain about losing the right of resale or the ability to just drop a magazine off at the dentist or doctors office. I feel NO sympathy for the publisher, they've created an audience of consumers and are now complaining about having their product consumed. If they had treated their "customers" with some respect over the years issues like this would be very minor...

    You've brought the issue to light, and then documented publicly that it was aired.
    My 1st concern, who agreed to the TOS for the wee ones, and were the parents aware that such a contract was being entered into ? Not sure what state or what In loco parentis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_loco_parentis
    status is in that particular area.

  12. In some states the license belongs to the individual NOT the vehicle and is moved from car to car, this works well in TRUE NO FAULT INSURANCE states. Granted the Motor Vehicle Dept. need notification but rarely is anyone else involved.

    The theatre in Yuma AZ, charges $5.00 for adults and $4.00 for seniors and youths, sells all you can eat/drink popcorn and sodas for $2.50, all the while showing top of the line flicks and packing the house daily. The theatre I sometimes go to in Concord CA, charges $9.50 to $12.00 and an arm and a leg for a kernel of popcorn and a thimble of soda, and is deserted even on Friday nights. Seems like there is a lesson to be learned about the economics of supply and demand, but corporations are very slow learners...

Certification for a life or death application should be VERY DIFFICULT, as far as I am concerned it is hard to be TOO conservative at 37000 ft. travelling 300 + mph.
