    you don't really know what "peace keeping" in context of U.N. means, huh? Both countries involved in a conflict got to negotiate before U.N. sends peace-keepers .. since that being a prerequisite, U.N. is the last to blame for that incident ..

    this "spammer spam each other/themselves" scenario would need the fact, that a normal spammer has the ressources (MTAs) doing so - do you think, they run their own MTAs in .tw?

    my guess: cause its unfair if they would not be reuseable. you spent time/money/cputime for getting such a token - so if you spend them - you loose this. but if they are reuseable - and because its about pow tokens, where it can be proven, that you did that work - you just exchange your once made pow token against another and use it for e.g. outgoing email:

    "Using RPOW tokens for email would have advantages, as people could then reuse tokens from incoming email in outgoing email. Spammers will have no such advantages since almost all of their email is outgoing. Reuse allows the cost of the POW token to be much higher since most people won't have to generate them, making the system more effective as an anti spam measure."

    why should other free operating systems take advantage of CARP? Did anyone care about UltraSparc III chip documentation? No, developers of other operating systems happily signed NDAs - knowing well that no other operating system can take advantage of this infos:

    o.k. NTFS Support is new - according to the man page mentioned in my initial post - it first appeared in FreeBSD 3.0 and has later been ported to OBSD 3.4.

    may someone has tried to dualboot openbsd 3.4 (current) with windows 2000 (its just a desktop system - no production machine.)
    and NTFS? currently Im running w2k (on fat32 which sucks) and OBSD3.3 - and GAG
    - due the new (?) NTFS Support it should work if GAG is installed on a w2k boot partion - or am I totally wrong? (I know I should have posted this to misc@openbsd.org - which Ill do in the evening..)

    and your able to get drunk and your girlfriend doesnt realize it by the smell out of your mouth.
    I also do that with zwickl (austrian beer) and red wine (cabernet sauvignion shiraz) - and almost no one understood that till today.

    1.) invent some kewl pw cracking tool and post security advisories
    2.) flame against the dark side of OSs and show the people why it is the dark side
    3.) get some managers and let them make buisness out of what do and like to do
    4.) get some people who are the same opinion and let them work for you
    5.) name some CEO, CFOs and marketing guys ...
    6.) let them tell you that the dark side is the dark side, but not so dark as you said and maybe even not dark at all - because its bad marketing
    7.) get fired

    they didnt hire him, because hes a tightas*
    and "polical" correct

    .. ? Its not very effective to compete in a field like shooting stuff to mars .. if they could work together, theyll have more advantages, than disadvantages .. look @ the ISS -
    of course I know its mainly driven by the U.S. - but I think it works out fine if they combine their knowhow and money.

    And at leat it would be a bad idea if just the U.S. would settle at the mars ..
