    Isn't NASA still running everything on the same hardware they used for the Apollo missions? The old 286 processors and so on? If that's the case... how did they manage to get such a high transfer rate? A 286 doesn't have a fsb anywhere near that.

    Yeah it is the worst invention, if used irresponsibly, as are guns and knives.

    Knives, I can see, but guns? Guns were not invented to hunt, they were invented to kill people. The first guns produced were not accurate enough for hunting purposes, and besides people still had the use of the bow and arrow. Guns and cell phones are devices invented to destroy a human life.

    Some /.ers also agree that the RIAA's confiscation of pirated CDs from this method is not theft, but blackmail or extortion.

    So according to the RIAA the people at home downloading 200 mp3s off of Kazaa are bad people, but they're not bad people because they're not stealing, they're "asking nicely"?

    This is the internet, not a localized community. I say "color" and you say I'm wrong, it should be "colour". I say "center" you say "centre". There isn't a difference between "meter" and "metre", just look at the context.

    The Courts are not Congress. Period. The role of the Judical brance is to interpret the laws passed by Congress according to the Constitution. It would be censorship if this were ruled against Rockstar, but it would be above the law, because it came from a Judge. The only way to repeal it would be to modify the Constitution.
