The fact is, record stores are going out of business because, they are TOO STUPID to adapt to even simple changes in the business environment.
Just like the recording industry that these stores buy their music from, right? The RIAA has a very conservative view, and it's understandable. They've made billions over the past few years because people paid inflated prices for music. They're still not fully aware that the future rests in iTunes, and not in the Sam Goody in the mall.
That's easy, just get some soup cans, and a REALLY FRIGGIN LONG string, then we can communicate directly to Spirit, and find out what the hell is the matter.
The United States, which started as property of the British Empire, has begun to revoke its citizen's rights.
Austrailia, which ALSO started off as a branch of the British Empire, has started raiding the home, read: Private Dwellings, of people that work at a place that happens to traffic copyrighted material. They weren't even searched by law enforcement officers.
Does this mean that India is going to make it mandatory to consume beef, or something? Are the citizens of Ireland going to lose their rights, next? What about you silly Brits, are you next?
I think the invention of Clippy is worse than even the spyware Kazaa uses. Matter of fact, Clippy is reason enough to raid Microsoft's Austrailian branch.
No, the X parasite flourish on SR-388, the Metroid homeworld, but the X were alergic to the Metroids, or some such nonsense, and when Samus came onto SR-388, and wiped them all out, the X could roam free again.
I'd like to know if I could sell this information personally? I could use the extra money, and I'm the most reliable source of information about... er... myself.
Thirty Five bucks for my military records? No problem. "\0" is a valid value to code with, so I can use it for this, right?
I like the old school MacOS calculator, nice touch.
They're offering more than one choice on Operating Sytems, now when are they going to start selling computers with AMD processors as an alternative as well?
But when any part of a law is declared unconstitutional doesn't that make the entire law void? The only way to superceede the Supreme Court's ruling on unconstitutionality is to amend the Constitution.
The books arn't exactly viable sources for the films. According to the books the Empire is solely responsible for the creation of the Death Star, not some trigger happy, got his ass kicked by Yoda, Sith wanna-be. The books, while entertaining, have no impact on the films at all, unless the book is written by Lucas (such as the original Star Wars).
A few of those were answered in the first (or second if you look at continuity) trilogy, and even in Ep. 2.
How does Palpatine gain total control?
Palpatine was given control in Episode 2, to create an army large enough to fight Dukoo(sp?).
In the original trilogy Obi-Wan said that the twins were separated from birth, without their father's knowledge. It can be inferred that Anakin is busy fighting droids and Sith, the very reason why Jedi arn't supposed to get attached anyway, so he probably got Amidala knocked up, then was sent off to war, and didn't see her again for another ten months or so, and by the time he came back, she could be dead, or he could come back as Vader and Amidala might sense the evil, and not tell him about the children.
As for the Jedi being exterminated, it's not too hard to figure that one out either. Vader probably goes around and just slays all of them, or maybe has a nice lightsaber battle, then kills them. After all, he IS the "chosen one", so you must "see that".

Please stay where you are, the Thought Police will be there to apprehend you immediately.
My first impression from the title "What to Get My Geek for Valentine's Day?" was a simple reaction:
A girlfriend.
What exactly, does it mean, to overuse, commas?
I've never, had a, problem with it, before.
Just, you know, you have to use them, after a pause.
Ye who ist so serious, perhaps thou should'st laugh more...

I sense a pattern...

Mozilla still isn't available for DOS, you insensitive clod!
When are people going to learn to build the processors out of wood? It's natural, it's a replenishing resource, and it grows on trees.

The metroids are sapping it...
Back in my day, we didn't download a virus from the internet, we made our own, and we were thankful for it!
Mr. Gates has probably already written the check, looks like he'll miss out on lunch today.
Wow, you have 1000-bit computers available? I wasn't aware of a computer that was rated without using 2 to the nth power for measurements.. amazing!
You seem tense... so please...
DON'T PANIC!
Build levels for DNF, if you can build levels for a game that far in development, you're sure to shine up your resume.
Well, I for one welcome our new plant overlords.
What? What do you mean they're helping us?! That's absurd!

Second, it can perform a denial-of-service against www.sco.com.
You say "virus", I say "handyware".
