If music had good prices maybe I would buy that too. I actually have very little. Bur the music industry seem to have the same insanely high prices on their content. Their problem.

And how do you propose such a system is financed and enforced?

    Which system?
The stuff you wanted? It would be financed by those who wanted it of course silly. If you want a school then you finance it / pay for it. If you want to pay for the healthcare you use then you do so, if you want to have a healthcare insurance then you do so, if you don't want any healthcare or can't afford it then that's also an option.

Enforced? Freedom? Preferably just by everyone accepting that as life-style. But if not then by force. I'd pay to have it ~guaranteed/protected. It would still be a free choice though. You could avoid paying it and then be left to whatever happened to you. Or you paid for the protection you wanted/needed.

And yes. I'd very much would like to have been able to buy my own security. Both personally and with others.

One don't have to do things oneself because there are no government. Maybe you don't understand shit, most likely because you're a leftard, but the market provides solutions for what you want. You can easily share a drilled hole, pump and filtering with others if you want too. Just as others can pick up your shit and happily provide you food if you pay them for it.

No need for socialist rats to get it done. They will rather interfere with it and make it less efficient and spend the resources on themselves, spreading their own stupid ideas and lots of shit people don't want.

I assume the US government thinks that 0.5% average tax is fine ?
If they have that opinion, I think they should let everybody know, and make sure Apple pays just as little in the US.
If not, shut up and let Apple pay what they rightfuly should have done. Be it 10-20 or 30%. Everybody knows 0.5% is wrong.

    Wrong and wrong.
I think being forced to pay any taxes whatsoever is wrong and robbery.
Unfair yes. Wrong no. Paying taxes is wrong and also unfair.

For a company just as with an immigrant one could argue they had made a choice though. I guess it could be argued that if you as a company decide it's still worthwhile doing business there even though you'd have to pay whatever amount of taxes they demanded for sales there then that was your decision. Similarly if you moved to a country maybe that could be seen as you accepting how things are there.

But I would really want to see private contracts created for whatever collective stuff one wanted to be part of.
Want access to the national road network? Pay.
    Want health-care? Pay.
    Want schooling? Pay.
Don't want feminists or Islamists or socialists telling you you're an ass-hole and what to do? Don't pay.
