So, after the bullet hit a target, it transmits information back to tell for example where it hit, damage made etc. The fun part starts if the host could transmit data back to the bullet, telling it how to operate next. Who knows what it can do? Explode, burrow etc... O.O This will be the end of cool action shooting scenes in movies though.
What the gentleman is trying to say is "We will try to make the next version of MS Windos as much alike Linux as possible".
That's about as simple as it gets.
O.O
Well i guess that the fact of a vehicle being a bit more "economical" that others does not make it better. There are alot of other features; support, part prices, driving abilities etc.
Apple II's should be behind glass, security, on a pillow, with lazers and grenade throwers around it in case someone would try to touch them.
They're Apples!
O.o
I am very sceptical to the question of communicating with extra-terrestials, or further even understanding them. Let's say we get an oopportunity to travel to another planet, and find out there is life. Does this life have to be creatures we can and must try to communicate with?
The example goes on. We soon find out this life is just some strange greenish worms, not able to make sounds, etc. Just like worms on our planet. hencefore, the question is, what will be thinking of in first hand? Making them religious.. or further research..?
The real problem comes to when installing service packs to Windoze XP. Normally, when you have a cracked edition of XP, you never activate it on the net. Tho', when installing a service pack, it requires to re-activate the account (even if not yet activated). After you installed the package, you cannot start up windows without activating it, which leaves you with a totally unusable version...
They do the same thing here in Sweden a couple times per year. Here, the people have to build large cars, with even wings at the top, and then roll them at full speed down a large slope, which ends with a bridge, where they, looping and turning, fly (at least try to fly) down into the water from a 8 meter height. Real fun to watch:)
Is the facts that Linux is open source, more stable and totally free not enough to prove that it IS going to take over Windows? I don't think it takes a genious to figure that out.
How about the original games? Games like tetris don't have any story, and hell they do not need any. Chess - story? And don't say people do not play tetris anymore.
I find BASIC an excellent language. It got me into all this programming. I started learning it when i was about 7, then later moved up on HTML. After that came ASP, then my dad got me into PHP, i did some Java, now i'm stuck with C.
Although, i still feel the urge to open up a Windows command line, and type QBASIC.
That... that was the good ole' times:)
In my opinion, it's all going towards one direction. A global format.

Cheating and conning people can be done in many ways.
Social Engineering is just a way to.

"I should be helping"
Now i'm not entirely sure if ou are supposed to help a stranger carry out things out of your store.
O.o
The fact that someone once did it does not prove everyone else can do it.
;)
After he did it,what's the point? Then there's nothing left to steal, is there?
;)
"thousands of dollars in merchandise"
Why merchandise?
Just take the cash and scram! O.o

Then they get hacked.
The way of making the Java client is riskful, people will be out to crack, hack and do whatever to it, in no time.
Anyways, they are probably just trying to simulate something Apple is so famous for. They'll never succeed.
This is the way professional advertizing etc. work.

What i meant is that the people care on a different basis. No need to get upset.
