My network at work was infected, making today's day at work virtually work-less. Patches were installed, systems were scanned, blah blah...what a pain in the ass!
Ahh, that was my favorite show when I was a kid. Good times.
Surveillance cameras in stores are the same thing as in schools. Even if they only capture one crime or violent act per year, it's worth it, don't you think?
With the amount of money netflix is making (in the billions), a few lost DVDs probably won't make a difference. If they switched to UPS which has tracking included in shipping costs, however...
Who needs a Rand McNally map to teach kids where the state of California is? Just point to the strip of light on the West Coast of the US on that photomosaic.
With a revenue of $2.85 billion, $29.5 million is a great deal for eBay if they did copy the idea for fixed price auctions (how is that even an auction anyway??). Whether or not eBay knew what they were doing, they banked it well.
Why not just put a third wheel and an electric motor on razor scooters? It'll be chaper, balance just as well, and will appeal to wide audiences just as the original razor scooter did.
$3 billion?!?! There are people starving all around the world, and the US Govt supposedly funds them in the tune of $3 billion? Interesting to see where our priorities are.
I am a Cingular customer, and I have never received spam via SMS. The one gripe I had at one point against Cingular is that too many users abused the free nights and weekends plan. More cellular towers have been built since then, and the problem has been solved.
Would be nice to see perfect competition in action in today's economy, eh? Unfortunately, although perfect competition is great in theory, it rarely (if ever) exists in reality. If competition pushes the music industry to lower their prices to match pirates, then lower your prices to compete with them in Asia where this seems to be such a big problem. It's simple economics, people!
Imagine dialing a phone number on your holographic keypad in your car, as pictured here - http://www.holotouch.com/technology.htm. Methinks you'll be getting lots of dirty looks from people on the highway as you dial numbers! "Are you pointing at ME??"
They tested 40 people in Norway, and with their promising results are now hoping to test THOUSANDS of Americans?? You've got to be kidding me...

He's wearing a bowtie! Now if that ain't class, I don't know what is. ;)
ATM/bank cards != credit cards.
The modern day Nostradamus in action! World War III and IV should be fought with WORDS. That'd be entertaining, wouldn't it?
Guess that drop in price they had to compete with the drop in the price of PS2 didn't last long, hmm? Maybe I should go buy one to help em out.
...the company is taking no responsibility for the break in other than reporting it to the clients, who then may or may not inform their customers.
Good thing I have theft/fraud protection on all my CCs. Here's to everyone who said I'd never need it. *clink*

Yet another reason NOT to use AOL!
Should be interesting to see how it plays out once the market for those gizmos is established, if at all.
What about the option of an emulator for your PC? I'm not too sure if they're legal or not, but if they are, that's a great alternative.
A little cash will go a long way in the world of ISPs. Who doesn't have green in their eyes?

Having trouble locating your stalkee? No problem, just use our tracking system.

Really, how hard is it to click the scrolling button and move the mouse left/right? You know that prices will be jacked up for this new mouse.

Talk about being brought down by your own services... ;)
Here's step one of humans becoming robots. I better go practice speaking in monotone! ;)
Will lawyers ever be honest?
;)
That book sounds like an interesting read, I might just get a copy for myself at the bookstore. I don't like buying through Amazon.com.
